I paid for 2 nights and then when I was ready to go to the hotel, they had cancelled my reservation because they only took guests for 3 nights. On top of that, they kept my payment. I am requesting they refund my payment immediately.
Booked two queens, and was informed at check in that they only had a single king room available, that they over booked the room. Then asked for the lower king room rate, and was informed not they could not lower my rate.
A ground floor room was requested and not honored. Daily our key cards were deactivated and had to be replaced. We had no hot water on our second morning. We will not be returning.
