A huge amount of garbage and remodeling debris lying about. There is a large amount of unsavory type people hanging out or just passing thought. Feels completely unsafe. The lobby is a complete disaster.

Booked online while driving though when we decided we needed to stop for the night. When we arrived, a sign on the office window directed us to check in at the Rodeway in next door. The clerk couldn’t find our reservation, and I realized that my mistake was that, since it was past midnight, the booking was actually made for the following night. He did his best to find a room for us, which we definitely appreciated. The first room hadn’t been cleaned, and the second had already been checked into by someone else (found out when we were both trying to enter it at the same time). Finally he put us in a room over at Rodeway which was basic but clean and comfortable. This hotel seems a little bit disorganized but we really appreciated the clerk’s helpfulness given our booking mistake.

When I walked into the front office I thought I was walking into a low cast store in Bangledesh. Disgusting! One room was propped open by alcohol bottle when I arrived and it was still that way the next morning!

We reluctantly checked in, once we entered the room we knew we could not stay there. The door barely closed, carpet was full of stains and the rest of the room was just plain dirty. We ended up leaving right away and just losing out on the room fee. We just could not stay there!

It's very old, and in need of repairs. The shower was stained, the bathroom was very off-putting. But it met the basic criteria. No roaches, no rats, no rubbers.

Check in was easy but the room was very dirty. Sheets were dirty and the restroom had a lot of random hairs. I guess you get what you pay for but I’ve been to cheaper motels that were cleaner. Can get noisy at night. Smell was awful even though I was in a non smoking room.

Lack of response

The reason for these "Terrible" ratings has NOTHING to do with the motel. It is more the lack of response by this entity and the motel to confirm my cancellation I made this past Saturday evening. IF THIS IS NOT RESPONDED TO I WILL HAVE TO PUT THE CHARGES INTO DISPUTE WITH MY CREDIT CARD!!! THIS IS THE 3RD NOTICE I HAVE SENT, AND WITH NO RESPONSE FROM YOU. chuck Altig
