The water didn't work they wanted $10 for late checkout $20 an hour if I was over a couple hours late checking out

We didn't have any water in the place we asked for late check out they charge this 10 bucks they set up it's longer than a couple hours it was going to go up to $20 an hour and the toilet wouldn't flush cuz we didn't have water and they wouldn't give us a plunger

Staff act like street gang specially a so called supervisor JASMIN. I asked for iron and board. They said it will cost me $25. There is no dryer in most rooms. Aren’t these basic items should be in every room???
