Booked an ADA room. Beds were significantly too high for easy transfer, shower has no easy access and no shower bench, and the door couldn't be opened by the wheelchair user alone. The only actual indicator that the room was ADA at all was the fact that there was a call button, but the button was outside the room and would be no help should a guest have a fall inside the room. Do not advertise rooms as ADA when you have done the bare minimum.

Some good some not so good
The service was fine. The bed was a puzzle. Interesting bed covers we could not make heads or tails of. The breakfast was terrific. We loved that we could get fresh coffee. The room above us on Saturday night, was full of rowdy children that ran amuck until after 10 pm.

Pretty shotty Hampton Inn. Dirty bathroom, thin walls, ac sounded like a freight train and would even whistle. Got 3.25 hours of sleep according to my smartwatch. Lumpy pillows. Not the standard Hampton down pillows. Pretty lame they charge you $7 to park in an area outside of downtown. Will not stay here again.

Shower was dirty and squeaked if you moved in the shower. The “clean” towels had hairs on them. The room smelled like someone spilled an entire bottle of perfume. Staff was nice. The rest of the property was clean. The breakfast was good. It was quiet.
