When I tried to check in, two of the staff were having a conversation about their schedules and seemed unconcerned that I was standing there waiting. I finally asked them to please not keep me waiting. One of them acknowledged me, but still did not begin to check me in.
Fortunately, another staff member, Jen, spoke to them and I got checked in. Jen, by the way, was great. Thanks. - I was quite surprised that there was a $7 parking fee. The property has its own dedicated parking area and I do not recall ever being charged that in the past. -Deadbolt lock on my room door, 204, did not work. Toilet roll holder was broken.
