Very basic, rundown
Broken parts in the refrigerator, microwave plate and turn mechanism didn't match. Some parts of the remote didn't work. Very small rooms that need a lot of TLC..

"Average" is just that -- not bad, but nothing that goes above and beyond good. For example, the TV remote has a Sleep button, which would have gotten more stars, but they also have the WORST cable possible, and no channel guide. They had a sign for a "Breakfast Room," indicating a standard continental breakfast that was fairly common before COVID, but is no longer available. It's been a while -- that needs to be reopened. Also, you need to go back to housekeeping EVERY DAY, I'll let you know if I don't need it every day. They did leave enough toiletries for one person for three days, but if you don't have breakfast OR housekeeping, you have to put enough coffee in the rooms or else it's not a full feature.

Check in was at 3. We arrived early then left and returned at 5:15. They gave us our room and beds were not made, bathroom had dark mold in the corners. There was no toilet paper. The room smelled extremely strong of some type of heavy duty cleaner. It was extremely hard on the nose and throat and didn’t dissipate throughout the whole night and even after being in the room all night, we could still smell it the next morning. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel and we won’t return. On a good note, the pool was nice

The fridge didn't work told them 3 times never sent anyone to fix it The toilet was clogged asked for a plunger they said " I don't see one ' how does a hotel not have a plunger 😔

We found a sock when we entered our room. Their was a used bar soap at the top of shower. When we checked out my sister forgot her to thread rosaries and her 2 gold chains from her quinceañera. I called and the First Gentleman said no off the bat they weren’t there. I then called the next day and spoke to someone different and said he would talk to the house keepers. Today Tuesday the 17th I call and nobody saw or turned anything in. These chains were left in the room and no where else sucks they lied.

The fact that the receptionist wanted to wheel and deal about how much she was going to charge us to come into our room early she tried to charge us $50 to come into our room early but the sign said if we checked in early that we could negotiate a early price seems to me that just leaves the door open for discrimination because she treated a Mexican that was before me very respectfully and very friendly and then her complete attitude changed when she started helping me I am I am American Indian and Irish and I will never stay at this hotel again and would never recommend this hotel At best the Mexican female receptionist is a thief . And her boss obviously condones this behavior the sign was right on the counter very shady motel

Checked in got my room key went in room and it was dirty. Had to get another room. Not even in the room for an hour and the ac went out called front desk and was told to unplug through out the stay it didn’t keep room cool. Room service never came to clean , fix or change towels for new one. Went to front office to ask for more towels and she made me go up stairs to bring her the dirty towels to be given new ones. On line it says breakfast is served in morning but only had coffee. Overall stay was horrible!

I was checked in quickly, bit upon going to my assigned room, it was dirty and apparently, not customer ready. I returned to the office where the reply was “that’s weird” with no apology. Next room was clean, but very basic with limited ventilation. If you need clean sheets and hot water for a place to rest your head, it’s OK. I wouldn’t take a woman/wife there!
