This was a disappointing hotel for us. The hotel was categorized as pet friendly then when we arrived, we were told that certain rooms were designated pet friendly, and certain rooms were not and the room that we had booked was not pet friendly even though there was nothing to indicate that on the website in booking. The staff member started off friendly and then ended up threatening my husband telling him that they had cameras that would be watching him to make sure we didn’t bring our dog inside. My husband tried to contact hotels.com and was unable to reach them to help with the situation. The room was large and spacious and clean for the most part. The beds were uncomfortable. The mattresses were thin. All of the mattresses looked as if they could’ve been couch beds. The breakfast was underwhelming mostly bread products; the pancake machine was not working. We would not recommend this hotel nor would we stay here again.

This was the worst Best Western my family and I have ever stayed in, 13-14 May. We are still painfully dealing with that visit because my daughter and I were eaten by bed bugs. We checked into the Best Western in Rolla with clear skin. We both walked away with several red bumps all over our body: chest, legs, quads, arms, etc. We both started itching horribly on Wednesday, 14 May and quickly discovered the big, red, itchy hot bumps. We’ve tried dousing ourselves in Benadryl and alcohol but no relief. This hotel needs to be fumigated and shut down. I will never stay at this Best Western or another ever again!

The pet room had great beds but smelled musty, was missing small pieces on the toilet and missing grout, had dirty corners in bathroom, no tissues, and sticky floors. Slept well enough, but disappointed with condition of bathroom areas.

A quick visit

The moment you step in the front desk smells clean & fresh. The receptionist greeted & attended right away with a smile.it was a quick service for verification of reservation. Room was clean, sheets & towels too. Never had a single smell og smoking. Not like others even it's a non smoking but still smells a hints of it. Breakfast was appropriately great. Something warm to eat & drink for early morning. Check out was no hassle. Great place

We travel with a small dog. Our pet friendly room had a perfumed smell, some dog hairs on the brown bedspread. The brown floor had some white marks all over it, felt sticky and we found a dead bug. The metal dresser had rust stains at the bottom and the refrigerator was dented. The walls had paint patch marks as well as repair patches in the room & shower area. The white sheets, blanket and pillows were dingy and worn. The sink was very slow to drain. The chair was stained. The bathroom was updated and clean. The hot breakfast was good. Overall I would not recommend this hotel and would never go there again.
