Room was extremely dirty. Mold in the bathroom. Bed bug exoskeleton and pubic hair in the beds. Brown stains on mattress. Horrible smell in room. Did NOT stay. Manager would not refund.

The sign was so high that it was so noticeable that I found the hotel easily. Enjoyed the wonderful breakfast. The staff that I dealt with, Sam at check-in, Hema and Denny in the morning and afternoon were very kind, helpful, and friendly. If I were to come back again to St. Robert, I’m staying Montis Inn, again. I will recommend Montis Inn for families who are going to St. Robert for their Army soldier graduation. Thank you Montis Inn staff for my stay in your hotel.

The air conditioner was not working at night. The housekeeper never came to freshen our room. The room smells bad. Looks more like a motel. I was very disappointed because I never sleep in motels.
