Quite disappointed

In the hospitality business, attention to detail is key. Almost all of the "white" towels were spotted with yellow stains, spider webs in the corners behind the toilet, and what looked like mold on the rim of the ice bucket and shower gel container was empty. The only positives were the front desk was courteous and the beds and pillows were very comfortable.

The staff member outside smoking marijuana upon arrival and walked into hotel and it smelled of marijuana. Got to the room and smoke detector was beeping and called front desk and was told to remove the battery due to the hotel being out of batteries. The smoke detector was wired into the wall and would not come out. Called back and no help with the smoke detector. Bathtub dirty as it appeared it had not been clean. The soap and shampoo dispensers appeared as they had not been refilled in days due to the low volume of almost being out of soap. When we booked it said hot tub on site and no hot tub, ants all the around the pool, complimentary breakfast was terrible and hardly any options definitely not how it was pictured in the booking. It was very noisy. There were no smoking signs all over the hotel and apparently it doesn’t apply to the staff members smoking their weed. Will not stay there again!

Comfortable but

Room was pretty beat up. Roof had obviously leaked and wall/wallpaper was rippled from the incurson. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom sink plug no longer holds plugs. They fall out. Tub drain very slow. Breakfast bar was almost completely empty with an hour still to go for its open hours. No effort was made to restock.

1 night stay. Clean but cramped. Outdated. Continental breakfast was sad and there was no meat option. Blowdryer was broken. Iron wasn't in room. Pool is overhrown and out of service. Staff was friendly.
