The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. I was able to print a copy of my insurance info. The first room we checked into the air didn’t work. However we were quickly moved to another room that was very clean, and cold. Other than having to reload luggage and moving things. The rest of our stay was great. The cleaning staff was great and left fresh towels and extra trash bags. However breakfast consisted of orange juice or apple juice and coffee. A granola bar. However there are mini fridges and microwaves in the room.

It was good stay for my family for my daughter’s graduation. It is close to fort Leonard wood . Decent hotel and affordable. Two big beds in each room.

What an experience… The super 8 unfortunately does not mean super great. A few stains on the sheets upon arrival was unfortunately only the beginning to our night of horrors. The carpet, was certainly not a magic one. More of a must, followed by our request for febreeze, which was more allusive of a crop dust. However, the concierge was very sweet, a diamond in the rough if you will. No breakfast, no problem! You can just chomp on the poisonous ice from the 2nd floor machine. A place to sleep, but nothing more. A memory to keep, but one that left us sore.

Wouldn't be my first choice for a retun visit

Phone didn't work and was never replaced. TV remote partially worked after i got one for my room. Complaint about kids running the halls at all hours of the night fell on deaf ears.

This is the second time in 2 months we have stayed at this location for my son’s military graduations. It has been fantastic for us. I have been recommending it to other soldiers families as a great place to stay while in town for graduation at FLW!

The room is dirty. The bathroom tiles were broke so every time you stepped on it, they like sunken there was wet toilet paper stuck to the bathroom floor. It looks like it hadn’t been vacuumed in forever. There was dust line along the edge. The only thing was somewhat clean was the bed there was stains on the dresser. we were there for three days and had to get our key cards fixed because He said that he only did it for one day and then we had to go back through and get it so that we can get in the doors the next two days
