We had an amazing stay here, it’s a gorgeous, modern set of rooms. We were able to walk everywhere we needed to, there were lovely restaurants nearby with great shopping. Me, my partner and our daughter stayed here for 3 nights and it was amazing. I had a text a few days before about codes for the doors, asking about a baby cot to be put up and when we arrived staff were lovely and answered all our questions we had. We revived a list of recommended places to eat and visit and best way to get there. Our hotel room was extremely clean and location of the hotel was fantastic very central. Our last night we had to leave at 3:30am and reception helped us book a taxi back to the airport the day before we left Couldn’t fault this hotel at all, 10/10 recommend.

We had an excellent stay at 1880 Atypical rooms! Simona and Jeffrey were both accommodating and helpful. Most of Rome’s attraction are all walking distance from the hotel. The main terminal (Roma Termini) is within 10 minutes walking from the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay at 1880 Atypical Rooms and will stay again when we go back to Rome.

We were very happy to have used 1880 Atypical Rooms as our home base for our few days in Rome. The hotel room was huge (larger than hotel rooms in the U.S. which says a lot for Europe!), clean, and comfortable. The location was perfect and within easy walking distance to many landmarks - the Trevi Fountain, Colosseum, and Pantheon - as well as the metro station and many restaurants and shops. Simona was friendly and very helpful in checking in with us the day before, answering questions, and helping arrange an early morning cab to the airport. Would highly recommend!

Stayed for a week, and enjoyed the stay. Staff was wonderful and very helpful, always reaching out to me via WhatsApp to make sure I found the hotel, or if I need anything during my stay. Checked- in early, yet arrangements and directions were provided by the staff in advance so I had access to my room key, since staff doesn’t arrive until afternoon hours. This is kinda like a boutique hotel with a handful of rooms the owe on a specific floor of a very vintage building, which a small elevator is available inside the building. Room was nice, clean and roomy. Location was good, as it’s walking distance about 10-15 mins /within a mile from the Colosseum, Piazza Venezia Square, Spanish steps, and the Trevi Fountain. Bus stops are across the street that takes you to many other sight seeing areas in Rome. The train terminal in Rome was less than 10 mins away on car, easy Uber ride for about 5-10 euros give or take. Highly recommend this place, and when I return back to Rome I’d definitely stay here again.
