We are just ending our 1 day stay in Rome before heading to Florence. Aenea Inn was the perfect place for our family of 5. It is difficult to find places that can accommodate us. Having a separate room for our 3 children to sleep in was very nice. 2 shared a queen and 1 had a twin bed in the same room. There was also a pull out sofa in the TV area that we didn’t use. The apartment is very spacious, clean, private and walkable to all of the famous sites. It is also very close to the train station (to Florence and other cities) and the Metro (if you plan to go to the Vatican — will come back at a later date for that). Would highly recommend if you have just a short visit to Rome. We arrived early in the morning and were able to leave our bags while we walked the city. About to try the breakfast included in the price we paid. They had already left us snacks and drinks in the fridge for us which was perfect. We didn’t use the kitchen but would have if our stay was longer.

The hotel was excellent, it felt like my own Rome apartment. The room was spacious, clean, and recently renovated. The staff was really friendly and the hotel is perfectly located near the Colosseum, shops, bars, and plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. I highly recommend the Aenea Superior Inn to anyone visiting Rome.

We recently stayed here with a young child and cannot say enough about the staff, the property and location. The staff are so pleasent, helpful and really go above and beyound. In my opinion there is no better location. Close to Termini train station, on a quiet street with many restaurant options and across from a small grocery store. It is a reasonable walking distance from the collessum, trevi fountain and the main shopping street- via del corso. Rooms were cleaned daily and had a constant supply of drinks and snacks. If you're considering booking a place to stay in Rome...look no further.

The location was perfect, close to all transport links & walkable to the main attractions but not in amongst the busy streets. We loved the breakfast was delivered to the room & there was a fridge (which was restocked daily) and kettle. The receptionist was very helpful & we were able to leave our cases after check out so we could carry on exploring. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

This was our favourite stay on our 2 week trip to Italy. The apartment was large, clean, and very comfortable, and we really loved to wake up in the morning to find our delivery of pastries to enjoy with a coffee on our balcony. The location was away from the real crush of tourists while still being walkable, and most restaurants nearby seemed to have more locals than tourists, at least in late March. It was charming.

An overpriced gloomy internal room.

An overpriced gloomy internal room that looked nothing like the website photographs. I have no doubt that some of the rooms are lovely but ours didn’t live up to the price tag. The one window opened out onto a wall which seemed to be the central junction for all the waste water. Lovely to hear the constant flushing of toilets. The bathroom was a little tired and the breakfast was mediocre at best. Lovely memory foam bedding though and (apart from the flushing toilets) very quiet.

Perfect Location

Family stay for 3. This apartment was ideally located for walking to various attractions including the Trevi fountain, Colosseum/Forum and Pantheon. Very spacious and well furnished with included snacks and drinks in the fridge and a welcome bottle of wine. They dropped off fresh baked goods each morning as well. Felt very secure as there were 3 locked access points before our door. Could not speak more highly of this establishment - great value!

We loved this apartment. It was a large two-bedroom with two bathrooms. The kitchen was small but there was a nice family/eating area and two cute patios outside. The location was great. Every morning we had fresh pastries/bread delivered to the front door, and the hotel was stocked with snacks and drinks. My only criticism was that the main bedroom fronted the building's interior courtyard and every morning around 5:30 bins were dragged over the cobblestones in the courtyard and it was REALLY loud. I think it was a combination of trash/recycling and maybe a linen cart for the hotel. Whatever it was, it woke us up every morning at 5:30, but then the noise stopped and we went back to sleep.

We liked that the property felt safe, clean and quiet. We enjoyed the daily breakfast breads, bottle of wine, and snacks in the refrigerator. The rooms were comfortable and cozy. We appreciated being able to store our bags in a locked room after check out until we had to catch our train. The hostess was friendly and knowledgeable about the area.
