Absolutely amazing. A very nice, small place with few rooms, but that is what makes it great. It feels very homey and everyone there is so kind. The free breakfast is a bonus as well. They leave you with all sorts of treats and spreads as well. I highly recommend.

We booked a room for three people, upon checking in, we were given a unit which was the size of a one bedroom apartment. It was absolutely beautiful and gorgeous, it was spacious, clean and beautiful. The staff was attentive and courteous. The location was 10 minutes walk to Colosseum and 15 minutes walk to Trevi Fountains. It was a great experience overall.

Clean and well maintained, with helpful and efficient staff. The breakfast (in the room) was fresh and tasty, with a coffee machine and capsules to provide the necessary wake up juice. On a quite side street and in an excellent location near the station, with some great local eating options.

We booked a family room for 4. The location was perfect. It only took us 10 minutes to walk there from the train station. The building was just like most of Italian buildings big old. The elevator was small but enough for 2 large bags and one person. You have to buzz the reception to open the front door for you. Once we got up to the reception and everything went smoothly. The room is clean and quiet. The heater was good and bathroom was clean. However, since it is located in the center of everything don’t expect this place like these chain hotels standards. Overall, the service was very good and location was good. We had nothing to complain.

Alessandro was very detailed and helpful in recommending spots to eat. The hotel itself is so cute and everything was very clean. The included minibar, snacks and coffee machine are convenient. I also got wine as a VIP access client which was delish. The only thing I would mention is that the walk from the train station with luggage is more like 15 minutes and there isn’t large signage that you have arrived at the hotel. Overall a really great stay. Close to colosseum and other points of interest. Loved it here
