Good place to stay
The room was cozy, but a bir small. The AC didn’t work properly. The breakfast was not the best but ok for the money we paid. The location was excellent. It was close to all main attractions.

The location is excellent with many major attractions within a 30 minute walk and the metro station just a few blocks away. The staff was extremely friendly, especially the ones serving breakfast each morning. Rome was very warm during our stay and our room stayed uncomfortably hot.

We ordered a classic room, but it didn’t match 4* level. #The mirror frame in the bathroom is broken #Shower base is very old and glass wasn't clean #There are some problems with electricity in the bathroom #The lamps near the bedroom dont work #no shelves in the bathroom and shower, no hanging facilities for towels (there is on above the lavatory seat😕) #there weren't shampoo in the bathroom (needed to ask) and no hair conditioner at all. After complaining to the customer service, they moved us to the superior room, which was much better, but still without refreshens of toiletries. And the worst experience was breakfast- cup of cafe/tea, bakery and cold sausages cannot be defined as breakfast - no eggs, no vegetables, no any kind of cheese, no hot dishes. There was a juice as well, but spoiled. But also the property has a great location and acceptable for public transportation

The hotel is in a nice location with a nice garden. There was no electricity in the first few hours after we checked in. Breakfast was poor quality. Service was good, and they're nice. Hotel rooms are dated but cleaniliness is not bad. Small room but it didnt bother us. Overall, not a bad hotel. Hot water running the washroom and AC was working great.

All the service staff were excellent. I lost a wallet in a taxi, which was returned the following day by the driver. The front desk staff were especially helpful in informing me of all the steps I needed to take. The breakfast was very good and their breakfast staff were just great!

This hotel is very run down and in need of an investment upgrade. The hotel is certainly not a 4 star property and shame on you Orbitz for allowing it to be listed as such. There was leftover food in the refrigerator, carpet was dirty, bed was a joke(old mattress and didn't fit the frame even) and there was no shower curtain to contain water when showering. This place is terrible. The only positive is the location.

The hotel sounded like it would be "faded glory" and it was. The room was comfortable, staff were efficient and breakfast good, bearing in mind you don't usually get hot items in Italy.

Absolutely terrible... The first room we were given had a fridge that was not working, a nonworking TV, and nonworking lights. The shower head of our first room wouldn't even reach the stand for it, so we were forced to hold it the whole time. We were upgraded to their "best room" and all our luggage and items were moved to the new room without any warning or permission. They left a couple of items behind and it took a while to get them back. The 2nd room did not have warm water for showering, and the sink did not have cold water, only boiling water. we had bought a box of chocolate with 11 pieces of chocolates and when we left that morning and came back at night, only 4 were remaining, which means the cleaning staff probably ate them... the area was also terrible. I was pickpocketed on the same street on my phone was taken. Do not recommend this place

Good location, only 10 minutes walk to Colosseum. Many restaurants, ice cream shops near by. Grocery store was just 2 minutes walk, taxi stand was across the road. The courtyard was very nice with ample seats. Staff were pleased and helpful, breakfast was reasonable. But hotel rooms and specially bathrooms are in need to repair and refurbish.

This place is disgusting. Door card didn't work twice. Room had a horrible smell. Breakfast was a joke. Parking was around the street in a very bad location for robbery.

Perfect stay for a vacay!!😊
It was wonderful the only negative was the room was too warm. So we just opened the windows and wore earplugs. The staff was Wonderful, helpful and friendly.
