This property is very outdated. This whole hotel needs a serious renovation. Also, we arrived around 9 PM in the parking was a 20 minute walk in a very sketchy dark streets. I called the receptionist before I arrived and she didn’t even inform me that. When I mentioned to her why she didn’t tell me that I could get a Uber from the parking to the hotel she didn’t even say anything or apologize. Also this is not a hotel he used to be an apartment. . Also this is not a hotel. It used to be a Parliament. When you go to the entrance you go to a huge hallway, very old and dirty, and you pass through some garbage cans until you go all the way to the end for the real entrance. For the price of this hotel, you can get a much better warning room. I’ve been there many times. These I consider a two Star hotel.

Charming updates were made to this hotel and it was very clean and the staff for professional, proficient and knowledgeable. The hallways and elevators are not mobility scooters friendly. However this staff kept my scooters in a luggage closet for safe keeping and charging. They were so helpful. The local mobility scooter rental company was also amazing. The food delivery services were excellent as well if you need to maximize your time ordering in to try more options if your time is limited. Definitely give this location in Rome a try. We were able to tour all the sites and enjoyed dining. Please get eruos in advance for this trip! They do have an excellent breakfast buffet try it,($). They have a bar and happy hour too! The balcony rooms with street views of the city are a plus. My travel buddy booked one lovely. This site does have multiple buildings if you are handicapped you may need to be in the main building due to steps.

A brilliant base for a Roman adventure. Beautifully decorated and well appointed rooms. A fabulous breakfast, a central location - close to all the sights but not too noisy. Our room was fabulous, including a jacuzzi and mood shower. Staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. All in all it made for a memorable trip to Rome for our family holiday. Recommend ☺️

A Good Hotel Option But Not a Luxury Stay

This hotel has a great location as well as excellent and attentive staff. The room was in good, not great condition, but clean except for dust accumulation on ledges. The air conditioning was phenomenal. The one negative is that we chose the room based on this pictures of the room but our room was not like anything pictured - our room had the barn door for the bathroom door with the window 1ft from the bed, which is not what we wanted.

The staff members were very friendly and accommodating. Service was prompt, and they took time to address any questions or queries you had. They were able to communicate satisfactorily in English. The hotel was within walking addition to a few of the major attractions, with a bus stop for major touring companies, in the vicinity of the hotel. The breakfast buffet was a nice experience, which was helpful. There is a restaurant just outside the hotel. We felt safe walking in the area after 11:00 P.M. as a number of tourists walk the street at this time from the various restaurants and shops. Hotels Wi-Fi was good.
