Great location!! Hip area. Can walk to Coliseum, but will take around 45 minutes. Still lots to see all around. Real safe!! Nice big room and cool AC. All staff real nice & helpful.

The hotel staff - all of them were amazing. Got our room ready early and were there for anything we needed. Close walk to beach, stores and dining. Took care of transportation to the airport and was on time. Very comfy beds, clean rooms and quiet for sleeping. We had everything we needed to a very pleasant stay. I highly recommend this cute boutique hotel.

We had an okay one night stay the night before our departure. Beds were not that comfortable but it was quiet and there were dining options nearby. Maria was very pleasant and helpful.

Great place if you need to stay near airport. Owner is a sweet lady. Beach is 5 min walk and places to eat near by. A great pizza place 2-4 min walk away.

Marie was really sweet. She allowed us to check in early. The property was clean and quite. The area is nice and safe. The Room was clean and cute Decor. Wanna be honest here for future travelers: The towels were dingy, dirty looking and super stiff like they weren't laundered. Or line dried. The shower door fell out on me and cut my forehead in the middle of the night when trying to close it. It came off the rail. There's no breakfast even though they said it was a 'bed and breakfast'. The folder in the room that had information about the room & policy, also local dining and grocery store information, said breakfast would be arranged on a agreed time the night before. So false advertising... should be corrected.

This place was fabulous. The beach was within walking distance, and it was beautiful. There was a balcony with a hammock and Maria arranged 20 euro ride to the airport. Highly recommend.

The hosts here were great! They had a helpful local guide and helped us arrange a ride to the airport. The room was very spacious and the guest house was clean with easy parking out back. Close walk to the beach and other restaurants. Great place to stay before heading to the airport!

I liked that the property was close to the beach. I liked that the apartment had a balcony. I disliked the cheap decor - for example, both plastic wastebaskets were broken. I disliked that fact that I had to pay 25 euros for a short shuttle ride to Fuimicino Airport.

Highly recommend!
This is a hidden gem, so close to the airport, beaches and great restaurants. Maria and Luigi are amazing and so accommodating to your needs. We stayed here for 1 night prior to returning home from our cruise and would love to visit again for a few days, just to enjoy the area. You can't go wrong choosing Brezza Marina.

Perfect for the night before an early flight. Was able to get a shuttle to and from the airport for €20. And it was quick and easy. It’s a great area too. I wouldn’t have minded spending a few days there.

Good Last Night Near Airport
It was the perfect last night stay before flying home. They had secure parking lot with easy access. After settling in to our rom we walked down to the beach and walked as the sun was setting. There were many restaurants including the on we choose which was delicious. It was nice to be in a small Italian town. Our only difficulty was the lack on communication from the Guest House Brezza Marna. I had reach out 3 times via messenger and WhatsApp and they did not answer any of the auestions or respond. Once we arrived they were very nice and helped with getting a taxi for my niece and directing us to the car rental. The lack of communication was uncomfortable.
