Our review of the hotel is excellent. From the moment you enter the hotel until the last day (and we stayed for 12 days!!!), everything is magnificent. The treatment of the hotel staff, from the doorman, to the waiters, to the restaurant, to the bar, to the housekeeping personnel, was exceptional. The cleanliness and condition of the facilities are excellent. Different flowers appear in the lobby every day, and the hotel smells enchanting!!! Breakfast was always very good and of great quality. The bar offered excellent service, and the Brunello restaurant is one of the best in the area. The chef presents gourmet cuisine dishes that are a feast for the palate and the eyes. We highly recommend this hotel.

This is not a Hotel, this is not just an experience. This is "home" with the most friendly and courteous staff that always goes beyond and above. The amazing breakfast with music accompaniment (I even got a chance to play a duet with the harpist). We had a wonderful stay at the Baglioni. The property is beautiful. The spa is relaxing. We loved the area, which is right across from the United States embassy, and we walked everywhere. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. Breakfast was delicious. We also enjoyed the Brunello bar and restaurant; the food was innovative and delicious. We appreciated the personal service! Can’t wait to come back!
