The rooms were nice, with plenty of space. Bathroom was spacious, but could have had brighter lighting. The breakfast was fabulous!! All of the staff was gracious and extremely helpful! I highly recommend this property.

The Best Western hotel in Rome a gem in the city. Convenient location, close to the Vatican, walking distance to other tourism spots. Caring staff, comfortable room and excellent breakfast buffet. Highly recommended.

Very close to the Vatican. Excellent staff, great breakfast, nice rooms. Public transportation strike one of the days we were there. Staff very helpful in getting us transportation to train.

The BW Plus Hotel Spring House was a perfect place for our first ever trip to Rome and the Vatican. Ideal location for visits to the Vatican area and access to the Metro. A lot of good restaurant options within a few blocks. The staff at the hotel was top notch and deserves recognition. Thank you Davide, Chiara and team for all of the information and assistance provided. We felt at home stayingat this hotel. I would recommend this hotel and would return if we come back to Rome.

I am not sure what benefits I should have received. The hotel is in a great location; very close to the Vatican and easy metro/subway commute all over Rome and major train station. We were upset that no one told us of a laundromat close by that was easy to use and very affordable and the fact that there was construction going on in the hotel during our stay.

The staff were consistently attentive, helpful, and cordial. The room was clean and neat. My wife and I joked about the elevator which was slow and tiny! Not an issue but a definite unique feature. Consistent with many hotels in Italy, the street and immediate area might cause concern to new travelers but it was safe to walk at any time of the day or night. The hotel’s location is one left and one right from the Vatican museums entrance. There are a good number of restaurants very close no matter what cuisine you desire. The Rome Metro “Cipro” stop is about three blocks and a very short ride to the Trevi fountain stop and a direct shot to the Rome railway terminal. All in all, I’d think you’d be hard pressed not enjoy this hotel.
