- close to the train station, very convenient transport. However the neighbourhood is full of tourists. It's near the train station, anyways. - nice staff. the receptionists help us to change rooms because of personal preferences. - rooms are clean and okay. it's not new though. - breakfast are good, in particular the freshly made omelette and coffee.

The property is convenient, near the Rome Termini, surrounded with restaurants and convenience stores. However, the front desk does not pick up multiple times when I called. I go down the lobby and no one is at the front desk - all on a break smoking outside. When I checked out, they told me mandatory 3% tip was added on my bill. I was puzzled. Then I overheard another hotel staff saying tip is not mandatory. They need to train their front desk staff to have the same consistent message. Tips are earned, why should that be mandatory?

The spacious room was state-of-the-art with comfortable bedding, great climate control and beautiful bathroom with bathrobes. Breakfast each morning was well worth the Eur 18, with many deliciously prepared options on the buffet. The rooftop restaurant served great food and wine, witha full bar and great views. Staff was helpful. When I return to Rome, I will stay here again.
