Excellent service ! Great location! Staff were amazing. We made a mistake of booking a crib instead of actual bed for child and staff accompdated in every way. Clean room, outstanding location, 4 min walk to Piazza Navona. Rooftop also available to enjoy city view.

The staff was very helpful, polite and accommodating. The only complaint was I booked a room in a building across the plaza that was on the 4th floor with no elevator. That was not in the details of the advertisement. If you have a medical condition or mobility issues, you would have had to check into another hotel as they were completely booked when I inquired upon arriving. My guest counted the steps to the room and it was an amazing 67! Location and staff were great. Marketing...not so much.

This hotel in Rome was truly a gem! The location couldn’t have been more perfect—right in the heart of the city, making it so easy to explore everything. The service was absolutely wonderful, with staff who made us feel so welcomed and cared for. The property itself is beautiful, full of charm and character. While the rooms were small, they were cozy, spotless, and so unique that it added to the whole experience. I honestly loved it so much and cannot wait for the chance to return to Rome and stay here again. I would recommend this hotel to anyone—it made my trip unforgettable!

Staying here made our third trip to Rome our favourite. There were so many standout features.... especially the staff. We we're stranded in Rome because of the Air Canada strike and Valentina did everything she could to move rooms around to keep us in our room. She also alerted us as soon as cancellations were made to make rooms available to us. She is extremely knowledgeable and friendly and made our stay one we already miss. She deserves a promotion because you don't want to lose her! Other notable staff included Edwin, who was enthusiastically helpful and friendly. The other staff were also wonderful but I don't have their names. We loved the location which was close to absolutely everything! The rooms were unique and made you feel like you were truly in Rome. To top it off, the rooftop displays the most outstanding panoramic view of Rome. The hotel became our home in Rome and we would definitely stay again! Thank you.

This was our first stay at this hotel. It did not disappoint. My family had two rooms. Room service was excellent. The hotel was very clean. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is convenient. The best part - the rooftop terrace where you can enjoy views of the city and have a meal or beverage. This was a very unique and special feature and we enjoyed it almost every evening of our stay. Very relaxing after a day of walking.

Excellent option in the heart of Rome. Things to know: this property is located in a Milford access area in Rome so no parking on site and can be difficult to access by car or taxi during the day. We had to park in an offsite parking garage and haul our luggage about 0.3 mile through the cobblestone streets to the hotel. Not ideal but you can’t beat the location , service and history.
