We only stayed here for one night but it was comfortable mostly quiet and clean. Great bar for breakfast to the left of the entrance - highly recommend!

Hotel Boutique Galatea is a lovely hotel in a great location for the sites, with the majority in walking distance. Staff on reception are very helpful and have good recommendations for food/drink etc. Rooms are comfortable and the breakfast has a good mix of items. The hotel was a little confusing to get into initially. There is an intercom to the left of the entrance gates which you need to use to contact reception for check in. The hotel is part of a group (B.Zar Hotel&Co) and provide free tours for guests every evening. The tour guide Virgilio is an amazing guide for each tour. Right amount of information and detail on the tours with local knowledge added as well. Virgilio also makes sure everyone has directions and a safe route back to their hotels at the end of the 21:00 walking tours.

Nice place with friendly staff. Close to all the great places in Rome. Breakfast is convenient, but not included. 10 euro each. It was a bit hard to find, down a hall and through a locked gate...make sure you get the gate code before arriving

Great little hotel, good location, easy walk to nearby tourist landmarks and restaurants. We stayed here for 2 nights at the start of our honeymoon and the staff went above and beyond in making it special for us, including decorating our room with a personlised note.

Staff was wonderful abd helpful. we arrived early and they held bags and luggage was in room when we came back to check in. Only negative was shower head -rainfall shower didn't function. Only handheld worked

This hotel is fantastic the location is literally 5 min walk from everything you could ever want to see in Rome. Camilla & her staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious fresh and lots of variety. Room clean and with everything we needed. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Location of this hotel is perfect. Close to amazing restaurants and the colloseum! Hotel room is a bit small and dark but you are never in your room much so isn't that big of a deal. Its still very clean and comfortable. Reception staff were amazing! Our flight was delayed from Athens which means we missed our first night at the hotel. We had called and talked to a gentleman and he was so kind and helpful. He was very apologetic about what had happened, even though it of course wasn't their fault and he made sure everything was sorted for the next day and was there to greet us in the morning. The only complaint I would have would be that the laundry service was extremely expensive.... Only washed a few items and it came to $72 euros. They changed two of my small rompers from skirt to suit price which was double at 15 euros each. I could have just purchased some new clothes at that cost. They do show pricing up front so I know a small mistake on my part. I was tired and i guess just wasnt paying too much attention. Its just not a 5* hotel so pricing seems a bit outrageous. Other than that, it was a great stay and would highly recommend staying here!

Perfect Stay
Best stay in 14 days! What a group of friendly staff! Everyone was helpful and supportive each and every day of our 4 day visit. They even packed us breakfast for our tour when we left early and couldn’t eat breakfast at the hotel. Breakfast at the hotel was really great and Davide who served us, gave great idea’s and suggestions for the day, places to see and restaurants to try out. Thanks you for our perfect stay in Italy!

This was a great experience. The hotel has a couple of floors in a building off the main avenue. It is very well appointed and comfortable. The staff has been amazing, helpful and supportive and they had personalized interactions with us. The location is very central by foot or bus. The only downside is that the doors are not soundproof and I think depending on where your room is, breakfast can become a problem. From the city, very quiet but not internally to the building. If you are an early bird, i think you can be perfectly fine with such room ! I still recommend the location, but wanted to give a bit of warning to the fellow travelers.

This boutique hotel has everything you need for a great stay. Although the room was very small, we did have a balcony and everything necessary for a comfortable few nights in Rome. Breakfast was consistent every morning and they ask you to book a time slot to prevent overcrowding. The staff was incredible and helpful with coordinating taxis, laundry services, and anything else we needed. There is a small elevator in the building for anyone with mobility concerns. While this is slightly out of the target area for tourists in Rome, it’s highly walkable and accessible to get everywhere you need to go. We very much enjoyed our stay
