This was a fine property if you're looking to relax by the rooms and it's great being on top of the hill looking out to the city with some of the natural setting of trees and grass.
I will say though, do not book unless you have a car because the taxi's/ubers are a complete rip off in the area charging $25 one way to town and there was no convenient buses to walk to. We were considering making this a homebase to explore Rome from, but it's just too far away to make that work efficiently.
We had an issue with the first room leaking water from the shower onto the main bedroom floor but the woman running the property took care of us within 10 minutes of sending the message about the issue and upgraded us into a much better room which we were appreciative for.
Other aspects were the wifi was very good to us, we felt secure at the space, there was a lovely cat that came by each day to see us and it was quiet.
Book if you have a car for a little slice of peace in the countryside.
