This isnt really a hotel. It is self check in through codes provided through email. There is no staff to help out or answer questions. The room had very cheap windows that let in all of the noise of a busy neighborhood

The property was in a safe space. The room was tiny and not very clean. There was dust and dirt everywhere. The ac worked well. Due to location it was loud at night. There is no onsite staff. They were very attentive to any msgs and requests but never available in person. Only at random hours. If anyone were to be locked out of their room or have any issues there is no help around.

The appartment was lovely and clean, comfortable and well equipped and within easy walking of all major attractions - centrally located, safe area- Vatican 30 minutes walk one way, Coliseum 30 minutes the other. The appartment staff were friendly and helpful and responsive to questions before and during our stay. Space to store luggage on the last day. Definitely stay here next time I am in Rome. Ciao!

Nice stay in Prato
Spent two nights here in October. Neighbourhood was quieter than other areas like Trastevere but easy walk to the Vatican. Further to the major attractions in the centre of Rome but it was an easy bus ride or about a 40 min walk. Staff were very helpful and communication ahead of time was great. Room was comfortable and clean with good air conditioning.

Loved my stay staff were very friendly and helpful they spoke great English There directions and info was sent to me and easy to follow It was close to the Vatican just a short walk to the hop on hop off bus and maybe 15 min walk to Spanish steps

I had wonderful people that got me into the hotel, no one had ever heard of it! It was clean, comfortable Personally I missed the personal touch, No people just codes When checking out there was a helpful young girl who held my luggage, called me a cab and got my luggage for me The only strange thing about the room there was no toilet paper holder?

Got there did not have any clue how to access the building. Air-conditioned did not work. Shower in bedroom. Door to get to room was so small if i had been any bigger i wouldn't have fit. Staff only works a few. On up side the girl who runs the place is as sweat and helpful as can be. Stsy would jave been horrible with out her

We stayed in room C18 two (2nd floor) and we paid about 140 euro per night for 5 nights.. The room was clean and walkable to most of the sights in Rome.. I was a bit misled by the photos of the property and was expecting a bigger and better appointed room but it was adequate. The air conditioning struggled to keep us cool even though it wasn’t that hot outside (around 30 degrees Celsius). Good instructions for the contactless checkin but a very narrow door to enter the foyer to our room. Overall it was a reasonable experience but if you book here I suggest selecting a better room.
