Hotel was very welcoming easy to find and very central to Rome. We were stone throw from the trevi fountain and near lots of the other major sightseeing spots. There were local restaurants and bars close by and in the evenings the street the hotel was on was quiet and felt very safe. The only slight negative would be there were a few areas in the room that had recent renovation which needed repainting but these were small and didn’t bother us in the slightest. Beds were comfy, facilities were good and the staff friendly. Would recommend to anyone going to Rome.

Great location.

The location of the hotel is excellent. We booked a luxury suite with a stunning bathroom and sauna. The bathroom was just as beautiful in person, it had a strong urine odor that made it difficult to enjoy. The sauna was nice and clean although we ended up not using it. The hotel overall was as average and breakfast was continental with cold cuts, fruit, cereal, and a lot of pastries. The mattress was very firm and room size average. It wasn’t bad for the price overall. It could use a little updating. Hotel very firm on check in not being until after 2:30. We found most other hotels we stayed during our Italy trip were more flexible- willing to allow earlier check in if room ready. This property from early AM seemed very rigid.

We stayed at Colonna Suite del Corso for two nights while we toured Rome. It was extremely convenient to all the city landmarks which made walking exceptionally easy. The staff were kind and very helpful when we asked for help with directions and taxis out of the city. The room was great, no complaints. Overall a great experience.

The hotel was great- staff was friendly and super helpful- thank you Desiree Very centrally located to Trevi fountain and so many eateries - super quiet!! Try and have the hotel call you a cab if you need one - they are reputavle. If you get your own cab which we did back from the Vatica back To the hotel be sure to get the rate up front!!!!!
