Fantastic place to stay as it is an easy walk from the train station and then a 15 minute walk to the Roman Forum and all the other great things to see. The room is lovely with amazing high ceilings and lots of room and the staff are incredibly nice and helpful. For the money it was excellent value!

All in all the place was okay. I didn’t think the staff was very attentive and they are not onsite for most of the day. You have to communicate with them through WhatsApp or other means. When we arrived the elevator was broken so we had to walk up 7 flights of stairs The staff too our luggage on the elevator since they had to manually close the door for it to work. It was the weekend so it was hard for them to find someone to fix it. when we finally reached the 3rd floor we were offered a glass of water from the sink. The location was good but I just wished that the elevator worked. Our place we stayed in Naples the staff was very attentive to our needs.

Room was well kept, staff answered all questions and requests. The best part however, was the location. Right across the street from St. Mary, Major Basilica. Restaurants, shopping, and the hop on hop off bus stop very close by. Excellent security. If we go back to Rome, this is the place that we will stay!

Property is centrally located with many great shops and restaurants. The staff were excellent and helped with anything we needed. My only thing that needed attention was the bathroom. It needs a good deep clean and some handy work

The location was the key to this property. The room was small but perfect for what we needed for our city break. Clean, nicely decorated, modern interior to a lovely old building.

The check in process worked really well and it was good to have What’s App communication when we needed it. The staff were very friendly and happy to help with any questions or queries. Fantastic location in the heart of Rome! We could walk in any direction and get to any major site as well as so many unexpected ones. There is one challenge on the Expedia site. Be careful with check in times. Their check in is really 1:30PM and you will have to pay an additional fee if you want the 10AM time.

Accommodation that is not really a “hotel” . It is apartments. Reception in one building and our room in another building. Lots of places to enter your code to get in. A bit irritating after a long day of travel.
