The room was spacious and clean and the host was very helpful. The lack of elevator would be challenging for some and the shuttle to the cruise ship is very expensive. The main train station however is within walking distance and you can get to the cruise terminal easily from there. We were also able to walk to see many of the sights like the Trevi Fountain and the Colosseum.

First of all, I would like to thank Stefano for being such a great host. The rooms were spacious and clean. My only critique of this property is that because it is a building built-in the 1800s, there are no elevators to help you with your bags up to where the general quarters are. (Stefano did help us, when he was there, lug our bags the first day, but leaving was very hard, especially if you had two bags.) That means you have to lug your suitcases three flights of stairs. The property is a ways away from the main parts of the beautiful landmarks; therefore, you end up paying approximately between 10 and €35 to go and come to some of the main sites. You must take this into consideration when staying at this place.

This was a great place to stay, at a great price with a very convenient location to the train station. We had a nice time walking from here to the big sites in Rome (though note that we are big walkers). I'd gladly stay here again.

Amazing experience !
Our stay at Domus Napoleone was amazing, I have nothing negative to say about the place. The room was pretty, huge and clean, with AC and room service. Stefano who welcomed us was very friendly and available whenever we needed informations, he even gave us advices to visit the city. The hotel is affordable, close to a metro and the Colosseum and it is very easy to go wherever you want to. Upon our arrival in Rome we had booked a transfer through the hotel and everything went smoothly, and on the day we had to check out we were even allowed to leave our luggage at the hotel until our flight time so we wouldn’t be bothered by them during our last day. Overall I must say everything was made so we could have a great time and I highly recommend the place !

It’s close to the train station and bus stop Place was clean no issues in the room. Only struggle for me was stairs as there is no elevator on the level of the room and having to carry the luggage was not fun.

The Hotel was ok
We had 4 good days I Rome. The hotel was okay 👍 It was a bit noisy from the traffic. The hotel manager gave us the key the day we arrived and we returned it the day we left. During our stay, we did not see him. If we needed him, we should call him on the phone or write him on messenger.

The location of this place is great. 5 min walk to Termini, and there are supermarkets, cafes, laundry, and restaurants also close by. Really appreciated the manger accommodating me by letting me check in earlier than notified. The room was very clean and a nice view of the street. I’d say one room for improvement is giving more comfortable pillows and mattress. Overall, nice and pleasant stay.
