There was no refrigerator. On day 2, they dropped off a small one which was kept in our room’s hallway. Grateful but their attitude was very poor. Staff was unhappy and they had a poir attitude. Online checkin was a hassle and there was another family from Argentina who was having alot of trouble. I would not stay here again.

There is an unmarked door with the address on the wall on the street. That is the entrance. Reception is down some stairs where you may leave your luggage while waiting for the room to be ready. There is an elevator to the rooms. Room is adequate and clean. Shower in bathroom is small.

Kevin at the front desk was very helpful and gave me a warm welcome. The location is close to everything the buidling is well maintained and they also have an elevator! I'm not why their website said different.

Overall the hotel is very clean, closely located to the Metro. However, we were travelling with our two boys so we had bunk beds. On the last night we were there the whole mattress and the safety railing of the top bunk slid off while our 9 year old was sleeping in it. Luckily he was ok but it needs to be safer.

There were a lot of things, such as dust and particles in the bed and all over. Upon arrival, they didn't have a room, so the receptionist called the owner, and the owner really didn't care. Then they wanted to put us in a small 12m2 room with 3 people, while I paid for a suite for 3 people, 3 beds. It was a bad experience of the whole trip we had in Italy.

What to say... We had 4 rooms here for 1 night and that was more than enough... My friend had a room to herself and had a man banging on her door at 1am and trying to get in her balcony and pounding on the roof. when called the "emergency" number that the hotel provided, they sent a woman with a broom! And they refused to call the police...

First off the property is not easy to find but that’s more related to Rome’s streets. We had a room with a large soaking tub which was very nice (water pressure for tub was low). Space was adequate with a nice shower with great water pressure. The bed was a platform bed and very low to the ground (no where was this mentioned in describing the rooms) my husband and I are both in relatively good shape so this wasn’t an issue for us but it definitely could be for others so be aware. The location was very walkable to restaurants, shopping and attractions.

Place is hard to find. The reception lady is not friendly at all, she doesn’t know how to greet and smile. The kettle is broken, asked to replace but still not working at all. I really want a coffee or tea at night after a tiring day but no where to ask to replace the kettle. Second night still kettle not replaced

Location location location/Five minutes walk from Fontana di Trevi, five minutes walk to Spanish steps. Located in an area where you get access to all the restaurants, shops, and coffee shops. The best place to enjoy Italian lifestyle. Staff is very friendly and professional. Thank you to the staff at Excellence suite for making our stay enjoyable.

I love it however we were on the fourth floor with no elevator which made it difficult with luggage. I booked this room months ago and I’m not sure how I ended up at the top. Everything else was perfect!
