There was a bathtub in the bedroom which we sadly didn’t find time to use. The shower wasn’t the best, with water poling around the drain after two minutes. In general the bathroom area a little congested

Great property with great staff, a lot bigger than it first seems. They have an elevator but it does not go all the way to the 4th floor. The rooms are very modern, and clean. The AC is amazing and super cold!! Especially compared to most other hotels. They offer a transportation to & from airport or cruise.

Excellence Suite is perfect for our needs in Rome. It was central, clean, had air conditioning, a fridge and Kettle available. AC was a huge deal - Italy was very hot.

The staff was very friendly and informative. The location blends in to the cityscape. Every morning and evening felt like we just left our own apartment and not a commercialized hotel. We would definitely love to stay here again.

Great hotel, might not be for everyone.

I confirmed before booking that the hotel had an elevator. It does have one, unfortunately some of the rooms we were assigned were on floors that the elevator didn't get to. The hotel has 2 entrances/"properties" which could be an inconvenience seeing friends/family assigned to the other property. Check in was a lot smoother than expected. The rooms were clean, no complaints there. Overall the hotel is recommended, just somethings to consider. It's not your typical hotel.

Overall the hotel was good in terms of price and location. The room was spacious, bed was comfortable but low to the ground, small bathroom, tv didn’t work and could not fix while there for 3 nights, manual key to lock and open the door.

Excellent location close to nearby attractions located in a quiet area. Ten minute walk to Trevi fountain, 30 minutes to Trastevere. Check in was easy and the room was adorable themed and very clean. Bathroom was clean and well laid out. Large terrace with a standard room.
