It’s a little tiny mobile home, but it has everything in it that you need. The convenience was definitely something that made it work even though it was so small. The great thing is is there’s a restaurant and a small grocery store on the property, which was fantastic to have available

I was skeptical at first when I arrived at the property, however I was quickly taken aback after checking in and given the keys to my room, the tiny home came to mind, the room was clean and neat I love everything about my stay here. I will be returning very soon. The price for the room was great, the bus stop is about 200 meters from the bus stop. Thank you!

This was a very convenient stay for us, relatively close to the airport. We stayed here for just one night in November 2024. We did some laundry and had some dinner and that was about it. It was great for the cost.

I would not stay here again. Here's what I liked and did not like. Liked - affordable, clean trailer, close to bus stop, nice place to sit in front with benches by a playground, restaurant on site, front office staff mostly helpful. I did not like: walking through the property to get to our trailer with all of our luggage in tow. It rained the morning we were leaving and not only were we completely soaked but so was our luggage. There is no shuttle on the property. There are also homeless people allowed to stay in tents on the property. It was scary at night walking by these tents to your trailer. Also, the laundry facilities were broken except for one. So we had to carry our laundry a very long way to wash clothes. Its also like 4 euro to wash and another 4 to dry. There is also no change machine in the laundry room, so we had to walk even more to the front desk since the machine does not take credit cards either. They also do not hold a lot of clothes and the dryer did not dry our clothes either. There is no close grocery store unless you want to uber or walk 25 minutes away down a road with no sidewalk. There is also not a sidewalk from the bus stop so you have to walk in the road to get to the property also or walk in weeds and mud. The traffic into the Rome attractions and to the airport as horrible because its so far away. I would NEVER stay here again. Pay the extra money for something that offers a safer stay and less inconvenience. Believe me its worth it.

This property boosts it self to be family friendly and to an extent it is. However I brought my family here and the setup bungalow they assigned us had no working heat or air conditioning and once we complained several times they sent maintenance over to fix it but he said they couldn’t that it was broke. So it was hot during the day and very cold at night. If we wanted extra blankets pillows or towels we had to pay to use them. There was mold on several pillows and all over the bungalow especially in the bathrooms and on the walls. The management changed out the pillows for us but basically told us to deal with the other mold. I would not stay here ever again.

We had to check in late and we could not get ahold of anyone at the property after multiple attempt by myself and hotels.com The resort cancelled our reservation right at 10pm without calling us and we ended up stranded at the airport with two small children. Not impressed at all. Would not recommend. Communication is non existent

They were trailer homes and I found blood on the bed comforters and no phone for room services and a 6 to 8 min walk to the receptionist office and they do not offer an shuttle transportation. Keep in mind the shower water gets cold at night so only use it in the morning and day time

Property was as described except even though we completed online check in we waited 2 hrs in front of the reception to get the key to our room around 8.30-9pm. There were a lot of people who were also waiting on the line as tired as we were.
