All staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean the breakfast area was clean, up on the rooftop and welcoming with a great buffet for all tastes. The hotel was great in the fact it was so close to Rome termini, the hop off and hop on bus (I love Rome city tour, the hotel recommended them and they were great). Lovely restaurants, shops and money exchange/atms. There is a transfer option from the airport for around 80 euros. I would recommend this hotel.
