If I could give q zero I will. No hot water, outdated, dirty, old, disgusting. I don’t have enough words to describe this place. The worse part that it cost me $150 per night. The only good thing is that I booked for one night.

Not even a 2 star hotel. Really old and lack of cleanliness everywhere. The breakfast is poor in option and I even found ants on the croissants one day. We had a problem with the flush of the toilet that we raised with the staff but they didn't do anything in 2 days. Not recommended, the only thing is that is close to Vatican but not even if you want to walk around the centre

The front desk was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was exceptional! I liked how close the hotel was to the Metro station and walkable to several excellent restaurants! The room’s air conditioning worked very well and was a relief to return to, after hot days exploring Rome. I found the amenities and cleanliness of the room to be a fantastic value at this price point.

We got to the hotel at 12 noon, after flying from America. My kids were exhausted and the guy told us to come back at 3. No choice to check in early. When we got to the room finally it was small, badly appointed, and dirty. The toilet wasn't bolted to the floor and the seat was loose. The shower took 30 minutes to heat up. There was a hole in the wall of the bathroom, my kids joked there was a camera in it watching us. The beds were hard as a rock and stained with god knows what. There was one small wardrobe for 3 people to share, there was no where to put anything. There wasn't room on the floor for our suitcases. The breakfast was cold rice with corn. I didn't complain because I'm a single woman traveling with 2 young adult sons. I was scared to say anything. The key for our room didn't work and the guy had to keep coming up to open it. I left 5 days early and booked another hotel. It was bad enough for me to just let them keep the money and pay for another hotel. I lived in Italy for 2 years so I'm not the average picky American. The hotel was bad, room was bad, the whole thing was sketchy. Please remove this hotel from Expedia.

One of the best hotels, it was perfect because I was a single traveler and had everything I needed and was walking distance from the Vatican. The location lends itself to cut lines to see the basilica

We stayed here before, but this property is NOT taken care off. The common breakfast room was completely renewed and good. But all the rest is completely old, worn off and a lot not functioning like it should. We where on the fifth floor and showering with hot water was only possible after completely opening up ALL hot water taps in full for over 20 minutes, then the hot water was there. So set the alarm extra early! When we arrived (3 rooms) and not one door opened! After correction this worked, but several times the cards malfunctioned so we needed to go to the reception quite a few times. They said we probably had it near a phone, which we did not, always kept separated in our wallets. On arriving the really small safe didn't work neither, after a couple of resets they got this working. But again real small, to small for a laptop. Next time we will book somewhere else. We won't be coming back!
