Great location, lovely rooms and spectacular views from roof terrace bar. Staff couldnt do enough and responded instantly. Best hotel ive stayed in so far in Rome. Great lication to walk to all main tourist attractions. We will be back!!!

I really love all the staff and how friendly and welcoming they all are. Super helpful as well, especially when we needed to extend our stay by one night due to the transportation strike. Definitely recommend this spot!

H10 Palazzo Galla was an amazing hotel in Rome Italy! We loved the atmosphere and the location. It was easy to walk to anything we wanted to do in Rome, and lots of food options available near by. The rooftop bar was lovely with great views of the city!

We stayed 2 different times. The first time was after a long flight. Check in was at 3. No exceptions. Apparently if you book through Hotels they pre-assign your room with no chance for early check in. Staff was friendly enough. Second visit was much better because we knew not to expect a room before 3. Very clean, quiet, great location. I would stay again if I ever found myself in Rome.

The staff was so willing to help on any requests we made, even called the airport for us as there was language barrier, as they lost our luggage, but that for another review for Swiss Airlines. The hotel was modern and clean and a good central location.
