I would give it 5 stars but, it was difficult to find where to park or leave your car while going inside to know where to park. The parking garage is awkwardly located, extremely narrow and difficult to turn in to.

When in Rome
This was our first time in Rome and we really enjoyed our stay at the H10 Palazzo Galla. The stylish hotel and clean, quiet, and well appointed room was our refuge after days of exploring the sites and walking mile after mile through the bustling city. The rooftop terrace is definitely a bonus. And the service from staff was excellent. We will stay here again.

Beautiful hotel , great location Hotel is renovated and beautifully decorated. Staff gave us an upgrade to a suite which was gorgeous on the 6 th floor. I just have to mention that we booked with Expedia but hotel contacted us directly for payment of room ahead of our arrival which we found quite unusual and contrary to Expedia policy. Besides that inconvenience, loved the hotel.

The staff was very welcoming and super nice. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an update property. Only thing I would change is to make sure that the TVs are all capable of having screen mirroring or having Netflix on them would be beneficial

H10 Palazzo Galla was an amazing hotel in Rome Italy! We loved the atmosphere and the location. It was easy to walk to anything we wanted to do in Rome, and lots of food options available near by. The rooftop bar was lovely with great views of the city!
