An aging, rather shabby airport hotel. Not one of Hilton’s finer properties. Rather overpriced given that the whole thing seems like it hasn’t been renovated in decades. Still, location location location. If you want to stay near that airport…

The Key
Convenience can't be beat. Nice hotel. Clean rooms. Nice shower. Helpful staff. The only caveat is that the room key has to be kept separate from your phone -- which we did not know. After several (SEVERAL) trips to the front desk to rekey, someone told us this "secret", and could have saved us a lot of frustration.

Avoid this Hilton - run down and needs a renovatio
This place is totally run down and needs a massive renovation. The bar didn't even have bar stools and when asked about them, they said they just disappeared over time.

Hotel check in took 30 minutes. After standing in line for 20 minutes, they had trouble locating my reservation, so that took another 10 minutes. The hotel's price doesn’t match up with the actual facility! Room is worn and the hotel is outdated.I would only stay for convenience of airport if you have a late flight like we had. The breakfast servers were the nicest people. That is the only positive besides convenience.

The hotel couldn't be more convenient to the airport terminal. It is a 5 minute walk mostly using moving sidewalks in a covered bridge directly connecting the hotel to the terminal. Staff we great. Breakfast was jaw-dropping. Four 20ft counters of every imaginable breakfast food. Dinner was good. The wine was exceedingly expensive. Staff verbally solicited a tip (tipping is not an Italian custom). The bed was comfortable. But the HUGE problem was zero hot water. Ice cold shower at 6a.m. before going to board my flight.

We asked for some directions from one of your staff at the desk and she told us to ask someone else Very rude The ice machine was broke I dont think i would stay at another hilton.
