This hotel had multiple problems which led to a barely acceptable stay. To go through some of them: there was rotting food left outside my door and multiple others in the hotel, the bed was hard, the wi fi slow, the bar discombobulated with no clear bartender and they could not make a decent burger, and some of the staff was slow and inattentive. The good parts are that the breakfast buffet was good, the gym was nice (though they appear to be trying to sneak in some charge to use it, but I am not certain right at this moment), and the hotel is an easy walk to the airport. Overall I found the stay frustrating and somewhat unpleasant. I only stayed here because we needed to be near the airport for the flight the next day. So that was accomplished. But I would not stay there again unless I was made to do so by the particular situation.

My room card failed me twice, necessitating two reluctant treks to the front desk—each met with the kind of detached indifference that suggests customer inconvenience is merely a feature of their service, not a flaw. No apology, no explanation, just the quiet resignation of staff who appear to have long abandoned the concept of hospitality. The hotel seems content to coast on its proximity to the airport, as if location alone should excuse its tired, outdated rooms and lackluster service. A shame, really—were they to invest as much in maintaining standards as they do in cashing in on convenience, they might have something worth recommending.

The hotel was excellent however, Expedia made the change of date a nightmare. It took over an hour to check in due to Expedia’s procedures. Thankfully, Ioana at reception helped me through the entire process. I can’t thank her enough. Hotel? 5 stars Expedia? 1 star

I loved the convenience of this property. The staff was prompt with check in. The furniture looked very worn in the room, but the room was clean. Being so close to the airport, we were worried that it was going to be noisy. It was so quiet. We got a great night's rest. We would definitely recommend this hotel for its quietness and convenient location.

For nearly $300/ night we got a dated room, elevators that didn’t work and bed bugs - my wife woke up in the middle of the night feeling that she was bitten and is still covered in bites (see photos) - for preventive purposes we had to throw away one of the mattresses at home and sterilize everything after we returned
