Its clean, close, and convenient but definitely shiws its age. As a Hilton establishment, I expect better, but nothing beats its convenience being attached to the airport. I wish there was better partnership for dining options as youre stuck between a very mediocre restaurant or vending machines.

Hotel Kraft sits on the SW edge of Firenze north of the Arno in a very quaint neighborhood. The staff are verybwelcoming and polite and have helped several times making arrangements on our behalf. The rooms are spacious by European standards but the walls can be a little thin, so ask the staff to keep boisterous guests quiet. While we didnt have a chance to dine in,the rooftop has amazing views of the city. For those who have plans to stage out to thr coubtrysidr, the majority of car rental offices are nearby as are their storage garages making walking to and from very easy for adventuring out into Tuscany. Likewise a very easy 12 minute walk from the train station with 1-2 pieces of luggage. Great place!

Staff and restaurants are great rooms are tired and very noisy ...vinal plank flooring in all guest rooms provides no sound proofing and noise from guests above is very annoying.. should have stuck with carpet or installed it better? Our first room the AC wouldn't shut off so we asked to be moved second room was very noisy...however staff and location are wonderful 👍

Convenient , well run hotel within walking distanc
Go to the second floor of the airport and look for the Hilton signs. They lead you through a number of walkways to the hotel. Check in was easy , the rooms were clean and quiet. Breakfast in the morning is incredible 6:00 - 10:00. I picked it mainly for easy access to and from the airport.

We enjoy this hotel. Restaurant is excellent both morning and evening. Staff is helpful and knowledgable. The one glaring downside is the entry locks into the room. The key will work only after much twisting, turning and pulling of the door. We wondered daily if we would be able to get into our room without assistance. We noticed others on our floor with similar issues so not just a one room problem. We will return again but hopefully this issue will get resolved.

Nice place to wait for a flight
I had a very good dinner at the restaurant. The room is clean and spacious. There are several English speaking channels on the TV. They are mostly news but after 2 weeks in Italy I'll take it. The convenience of being able to walk to the airport is why I stayed here

Didn’t like the rule of wearing a swim cap when just using the hot tub- also we had to purchase the cap. The hot tub was more of a warm-tub as it shared the same water as the pool
