Would recommend never staying here…worst hotel experience we’ve had. Room was not available even at 10PM on day of check in and front desk could only estimate that it would be available at some point in the next 1-2 hours!! (and potentially after midnight). Recommendation was to sit and wait in the lounge until it was available and no guarantee on timing - Completely ridiculous and unacceptable. Rooms not being available up to after midnight on day of check in and no advance notice from the hotel is not what I would expect from a Hilton property - will likely limit our use of the brand. I would highly recommend staying at another location in order to ensure you have a hotel room - we ended up staying at the QC Termeroma (even though it was more expensive) so that we could get a room prior to our early morning flight. The QC Termeroma was fabulous and would highly recommend.

Nice hotel for a one night stay near the airport. We had an early flight so it was nice to be a 10 minute walking distance from the airport. The room was clean and spacious. I would stay here again and recommend it if you have an early flight to catch!

Very conveniently located within walking distance from the airport. Very very clean lobby and room, it looks fully renovated with beautiful interior, AC and surprisingly quiet. Luggage storage for free and they even got us an airport trolley to take our bags back to the airport. Will stay here again!

HOT hotel

We stay here one night for our flight out of the Rome airport. I was so hot that we could not get any sleep. I called down to the front desk and they walked me through adjusting the thermometer, but it did not work.

As our tour group split up, we all traveled to Rome together the day before departing and stayed at the Hilton. It is incredibly convenient since it is connected to Fuimicino Airport and takes about 10 minutes to walk there from Terminal 3. The staff was friendly and helpful during our stay. Breakfast at the hotel was a treat with lots of great selections. You can custom order eggs, but sometimes tracking down a waitperson was a challenge. We also had dinner there and the meals were good. We took advantage of the airport shuttles to visit Rome on our free day. It was easy to book tickets online and pick up the shuttle at Terminal 3. It cost about 7 euro versus 14 euro for the Leonardo express to Roma Termini. For convenience, good food and easy access to the Airport, I highly recommend the Hilton Roma.

I stayed there on May 23rd for one night before my flight to LA, i didn’t use and facility ther( restaurant, spa…) i was just checking my credit card and there are 3 different charges for over $350 on my credit card which I don’t know what are they for! Now a big headache for me to call them or call my credit card company to dispute it!

It was well decorated and very clean. However, the bathroom requires a fan for ventilation, it becomes a sauna when taking a shower. Floors become slippery and everything is fogged. The bed was extremely hard.
