Without traffic, just a 20 minute taxi ride from the airport. Modern, safe hotel located adjacent to the Convention Center, but a one hour taxi trip into central Rome due to traffic in the Piazza Venezia (10-year subway construction). Service in the restaurant and bar unusally slow. Difficult to obtain a direct email to communicate late arrival to the front desk.
Loved the breakfast options! Clean space and helpful staff! Thank you

The hotel looks modern and beautiful but lack of ventilation. We all got allergies from the indoor dust. Exchange air is not possible. The bath in the room is small and right next to the safe. Water and humidity from the shower made our passports inside the safe soaking wet. This was completely unexpected. The hotel had a water main broken during the morning when we were supposedly leavings. All gusts had to be evacuated. The chaos and panic were everywhere as many need to catch up the flights and cruises.
The hotel staffs were very nice, friendly and helping out as much as they can. It is obviously short staffing during the high seasons.
I had a great 7 night overall! Front desk were really helpful with getting me a cab when I need one and answering my questions. Just to nitpick a bit, the cleaning staff were good but could do a better job not just rotating pillows but actually changing it out. If you’re going to lay my bed I expect the sheets and pillow cases changed not just using the same sheets. I love the breakfast buffet options but sometimes it takes a while for things to be refilled. That could also be because it about 45 minutes to the end of breakfast, so that might be on me.
The only good thing was the metro was few mins from the hotel. The worse thing about the hotel was the level of customer service and hospitality, rude and unwelcoming staff. Also so much dust in the rooms, had to change the room three times also the breakfast options for vegetarians and vegans is poor for this hotel chain comparing to other Hilton’s. As issues were not solved and caused inconvenience we not planning to stay again here, there’s more hotels with better service.
