Great stay outside the city

Overall a great place to stay. The staff we very friendly and helpful. The rooms were above average, the beds weren't the best quality but not terrible. The pool was big and beautiful. Not very many food options around the hotel, but the train is only a 10 min walk away.

I arrived at 2am hoping for a restful night, but was woken up at 9am by extremely loud drilling next door. Reception apologized and assured me it was a one-off. The next morning, the same thing happened — even louder, with two drills and hammering starting at 8:45am. When I called reception, they denied any building work until they heard the noise themselves through the phone. I missed breakfast trying to get some rest afterward. At reception, no one had been informed, and I had to explain everything again. Very disappointing experience. Poor communication and no accountability from the staff.
