Failed air conditioning system in not just one room on the 2nd floor But on the 3rd floor as well If you have a fan room in your office, you know very well you have a heat situation to deal with. Your staff was so appollogetic and put into such difficult situations

Great Location; Fair Accommodations

The hotel had a wonderful location and a kind reception staff. The multi-story hotel is older and in mid-renovation. The common areas were a bit rough, but the rooms were updated. It had a very small elevator that barely accommodated two people and ran very slowly; requiring us to climb stairs up/down to the 5th floor daily. The breakfast was decent and offered hot and cold items, along with many coffee/latte/hot chocolate options and juices. The bar is small and enclosed; while the drinks are good and staff is pleasant, they are expensive. Our accommodation was small but nice. Unfortunately our air conditioning did not work and the staff initially responsive. It was still not repaired by the end of the 2nd day without further communication. The room was unbearable at 27°C/80°F and a when approached again, they offered us an oscillating fan with the opportunity to change rooms at a later date. The fan made the room tolerable and we did not want the hassle of packing our luggage to move. Overall, it was a decent stay with great location.

I loved the location as it was accesible and nearby attractions as described. The only detail that was challenging at first was that the hotel rooms are located in a separate building from the hotel lobby. Walking distance (2 blocks) approx. Regardless, the rooms are secure and you are required to have access the codes to enter both the building, the floor, and finally the room key… so from my POV no issues on security at all, just different from what I expected. The rooms were clean, modern look, bathroom was adequate and no significant noise from outside despite being nearby attractions.

The hotel is conveniently located right in the heart of Rome and very close to Fontana de Trevi, the Spanish Steps, Pantheon, and other landmarks. There are also multiple dinning and shopping options around and the neighborhood is very safe at all times.

The location was fantastic, but it’s worth noting that the annex building is about a 10-minute walk (four streets away on Via Del). They claim to provide airport pick-up services, but responses to requests can be slow. The room itself was a standard offering, nothing extraordinary.

I likes the property as it was walkable distance to many of the attractions apart from the coliseum but a cab cost only 20 euro. It’s close to so many dining areas and tourist attractions. The only downside to the room was that it was located to a separate building to the hotel desk and the walls were soundproof enough as you could hear other room doors closing including people walking about.

Our stay was good almost great. I asked for a room change and they accommodated quickly and moved us. The bed described should be updated as it is two small twins pushed together, but not enough to make a king or even a queen. It’s a weird measurement. Recommend the hotel invest in air conditioning. After April it’s very warm. And leaving the porch door or window open, did not help.
