The hotel is in a fantastic location within easy walking distance to all Rome has to offer. The suite was a bit on the small side for a family of 4, but would be lovely for just 2/3 people. I was worried having seen a lot of mixed reviews but we loved our stay and would definitely recommend. All staff were friendly and the beds / bathrooms were lovely and comfortable

Would recommend! Property was very clean. Staff were great and helpful. Breakfast had a good selection, and if you can sit by the window and over see the street even better! Could walk to all major site seeing locations usually within 3-30 minutes The only thing that may cause concern, is the small elevator (works great for us and did everything we need) but if you are wheel chair dependent I would stay somewhere else. All in all it was great!

they do not honor the expedia upgrades which is why we booked with them. They have a very strict no show/no change so book only if you are for sure you're going!! We had to change rooms 3 times here - my mistake not theirs, so we did get a good view of the hotel. Overall it is ok, the staff is super sweet and helpful so I give them cudo's for that. The hallways are dirty and rundown. The beds are like sleeping on a board and the pillows are so thin you wake up in pain. We spent one night in the "Annex" and it was DREADFUL. So noisy, in a building 3 blocks away in a building where everything including the water smells like sewage, yuck! The main hotel is OK if you finally get the room you booked. We didn't the first portion but the last couple nights we were in the room we booked. DO NOT Expect the Expedia upgrades or perks they don't honor them!

Location was really good for walking around and close to Trevi and Spanish steps, but hotel room wasn’t very clean and was small for the price of $430CAD/night. Wasn’t there much but wish it was cleaner. Did the trick for 3 nights I suppose

Room service reception was in another building 5min walk away. First day they put me in the wrong room and had to stay there over night when I paid for the better room, had to repack, two mornings in a row was woken up by there workers with drilling and banging on the walls once at 9am and even after I complained the next morning again at 10am, was not happy

Amazing location right next to the Trevi Fountain. Perfect for a city stay. We loved the little cocktail par and the breakfast was delicious with gluten free options for my child who has ceoliac disease.

Very conveniently located to many important sites in Rome. Very walkable; or, if you prefer, a taxi station was very close nearby. My only negative review is that the room was incredibly hot. The a/c did not work well. We asked for a room change and were denied the request. We then asked for a fan...they said no fans. Finally, they sent someone to check the a/c; however, they thought it was working fine. In the end we got small portable fans and that's how we slept during the night. By the way, several other guests were complaining about the same thing.
