Julia, Alessandro, and all the staff were kind, helpful, very knowledgeable. Check-in and check-out were very easy. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious! We were close to Santa Maria Maggiore, where Pope Francis is buried. Restaurants within walking distance.

Hotel Amalfi is a real gem. The rooms were so clean, beds comfortable and nice and quiet given the location. The Aircon in the rooms was heaven after a day exploring in the Italian heat. The rooftop terrace, with the Limoncello Spritz, in the evening was the perfect way to end the day! The staff were so lovely, really friendly and couldn't help enough.

What a lovely little Gem of a hotel. Perfectly placed to discover Rome on foot. Staff extremely friendly and nothing was too much trouble! Very comfy beds and really quiet hotel at night with good AC so sleep was no problem. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed in room 1 & 2 for our family of 5 for 2 nights. The roof top is nice during night time, nice breezes, relaxing after a long day out and about. Breakfast has bacon, eggs, bread (which are our requirements), but they have many other items which were delicious. Lots of restaurants, souvenirs stores, gelato within 15 minutes walk radius. My family walk many times at night (before 10pm). Vendors never been pushy like what I read on Google. The hotel organized private transfers for us for 90 Euro each way, it's slightly more expensive than public train, but hey we're on vacation, having someone picked us up right at the hotel was nice. Oh about the small rooms, they are small, but my only requirement was cleanliness! The rooms ceiling paintings, breakfast and close to everything made our short stay more enjoyable.

Perfect for solo travellers!

This hotel was in a beautiful location, and was perfect for me as a solo traveller. Easy to navigate around Rome and have as a home base. There is an elevator, and I also got a free glass of Prosecco my first night there. They held my luggage for free after I checked out, too. If I’m ever back in Rome, I will be staying there again!

Hotel Amalfi is an excellent find! The owner and staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is excellent and included in the nightly rate. Our family of four stayed at Hotel Amalfi in Rome for a few nights and had a great experience. The location is very convenient, just a 5-minute walk to Roma Termini station, making it incredibly easy to get around the city and beyond. There are also plenty of restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby, so everything you need is within easy reach. The room was a bit tight for four people, but it served its purpose well. Since we spent most of our time out exploring Rome, it was a comfortable enough space to rest and recharge at the end of each day. The room was clean, quiet, and well-kept. One of the highlights was the breakfast. A generous spread with a variety of options, including pastries, fruit, eggs, and great coffee. It was the perfect way to start our mornings. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with directions, recommendations, or anything we needed. Their warm hospitality really stood out and made us feel at home. The hotel also has a charming, classic feel, with touches of Roman character throughout. It’s a great value for families looking for a centrally located and welcoming place to stay in Rome. We would definitely recommend Hotel Amalfi for anyone wanting a cozy, convenient, and friendly base for exploring the Eternal City.
