The hotel is situated in a very convenient location for Termini Station, just 2-3 minute walk. There are alot of restaurants, take out places and small shops nearby but the area isn't clean. The reception and breakfast staff were great and very helpful. There is a lift up to the rooms which are on the top floors of the building. We had a executive quadruple room. It is very basic. King size bed on one side, twin beds on another and a bathroom and wardrobe in between. The bathroom is big with plenty of towels and it is clean but in need of a redecoration for the silicone and plaster coming off walls due to moisture. Basic toiletries provided. There is a small fridge with a mini bar but we just used this to keep our own water cold. There is a small counter like table which runs along one wall but ours was wonky so things rolled off it if not careful. Wallpaper was peeling off the wall. The windows do not cut outside noise out. The tram runs right past which actually isnt a problem but people arguing outside at 4:30am woke us. The hotel provide a good breakfast. Lovely pastries, tea, coffee, juice, a small selection of cereals, ham, cheese, bread. There wasn't a great selection of fresh fruit which is the only thing that needed improving for breakfast. Aircon in the room worked well but it was noisy. We cooled the room in the day and turned it off when we went to sleep and the room stayed cool all night so the noise of it didnt matter. My family and I found it terrible dirty room run down no mirror to put make on very bad breakfast rotten fruit on tray served boiled eggs of on wear to put my suitcase The worst hotel I’ve ever been too Elevators very dirty actively discustling over all !!! Very disappointed !!

I had reservations here for 4 nights. When I got there they told me they gave my reservation away because I wasn’t not there for check in time. This is horrible and unsafe. While they are making money from both party Expedia and other people this place is dishonest and a huge disappointment.

If you are looking a hotel near termini train station, tus will be a good choice , other than that look somewhere else, very basic room, nothing like the pictures shown, faulty smell in the bathroom, I can only recommend this if you planning to stay 1 night and looking something close to the train terminal

Room was clean for the most part, convenient, decent breakfast included and located close to train and some attractions. Two issues: the main staircase had some broken marble that is hazardous and should be at least taped off with caution tape. Second, we only stayed one night and when we were ready for bed we noticed there were no bed spreads on the beds. Just sheets. We looked around and found them in the closet. One was stained with what appeared to be blood. It was late, we were tired, and we had an early flight in the morning so rather than call done to the desk we made do even though it was a little off putting.

I liked breakfast very much, the hotel is at decent location. The elevator is operational, tv works fine. A lot of things do not work and not maintained: beds are no good especially for people with back problems, bathroom fans not working, dirty bed sheets, no hot water in the evening. Overall will not book again.
