I tried one of the dinners and did not care for at all. The breakfast buffet was wonderful!

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, room comfort
Good hotel if you are wanting to stay close to Vatican City as St Peter's Basilica is a 20 - 30 minute walk. Also close to public transport links as San Pietro station is a 10 minute walk away. As other reviews note, the hotel is up a steep hill but there are 2 sets of stairs - one is a shortcut to the station and the other leads towards Vatican City.
Room we stayed in could do with updating as it was quite old fashioned but beds were comfortable. Good base to stay at and travel from.
Hotel staff were friendly and helpful.
Rooms were super comfortable and clean, only minor issue was is the shower was at full pressure it was slow to drain and only rainfall shower head (no other option if you didn’t want to wash your hair). Hotel was a 20 minute walk to the Vatican City and 40 to Trastevere, driving or public transit would have probably been easier but it was nice enough out to make the walk and the streets around the hotel are nice and quiet/calm. Wishing we had stayed there for the entirety of our time in Rome instead of just one night.
Great accommodation, reasonable prices, near to vatican city, only issue with out vehicle it wuld be hard in my opinion.

Disliked: Amenities
Our room is two small room for family and no window view. I think not great value for the price. breakfast is just ok, just average, not much options. But I like location which really near to Vatican and also convenient to Roma city center by bus or walk about 30 minutes.
I think this must be a conference hotel, as opposed to one for tourists. The room was very nice for the price and had amenities, and while it's about a 35-minute walk to the Vatican, it's very far from other tourist destinations, such as the colosseum. You will have to take a taxi or train. I was not able to find help at the front desk to call a taxi at 7:00am though. Nor could I figure out the train station and there was no attendant there to help either. So I walked 5 kilometers to get where I needed to go. I could not even find a taxi to stop on the street. So it's just kind of an inconvenient location but a nice hotel.
Amazing hotel for Catholics, since there is a chapel in the basement with Our Lord in the Blessed Sacrament! Also, the morning buffet is great and relatively inexpensive. Lastly, free parking and proximity to the Vatican.
It was a clean place to stay, the rooms are fairly spacious and the staff is very friendly. They supply shampoo, soaps, body lotions, and there's an option to pay for breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the hotel. The only thing I would change is that the beds are very very hard, almost like sleeping on the ground. Google maps sent us down a road and then up a bunch of stairs with our suitcases just for it to be the wrong stairs that lead to a dead end. There's a way to get to the hotel without doing all the stairs, you can go to the bridge that the train goes over and there is a passage onto the road that the hotel is on. Definitely look at the map before trusting what Google maps says.
I picked this hotel for the price and close to Vatican. It is not an easy walkable area being up a steep hill. The hotel and staff are very nice , breakfast was wonderful for a small fee and the rooms were spacious and clean. The bed however was sooo hard. My back and hip hurt and we did not sleep well. The air conditioner did not work well either. The workman checked it but it never got very cold. Other than that the hotel was very nice. We had to use taxi and Uber to get everywhere. But the quiet was nice as you will find Rome is very busy . Thank you for a very nice stay!
Great hotel, close to the train and bus, so we were able to get on the train and go anywhere in the city. It is also walking distance from the Vatican city. we bought coffee and pastries from the hotel cafe in the morning.

Very satisfied with location of hotel and quality service of staff. Would totally recommend this hotel for anyone looking to stay in Rome within walking distance of Vatican and major sites.
The hotel was decent. It was clean, and the staff was very nice. However, the beds were extremely hard, the walls were paper thin, something in the room stuffed up my nose and made me sneeze horribly every night, and the hotel was up a hill, making the walk from the main road difficult.
