it’s on a main street and with the motorists not minding other people’s sleep, it’s hard to find a quiet place, but the reception was kind enough to reserve a room on a street with less traffic. the hotel looks quite new and the ceiling is quite high, rooms are not so small as other rome hotels i stayed with before. wifi signal was not strong enough in one side of the room but okay on the other side

Very good hotel in a very good location. Good for walking to many sites in Rome especially the Coliseum! Staff were super helpful and kind. They were able to get us taxis quickly when we needed to go to Vatican and train station. Breakfast was excellent, though seemed pricey at €12/person. Our room was fairly small but had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable. Traffic in the area is very busy but that’s Rome. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location. Down the street from the coliseum and nearly all points of interest are walkable. Staff was friendly and the room was clean. It gets a little loud at times from the busy streets but it didn’t keep us awake. I would recommend staying here.

The woman at the front desk; was so warm and helpful, on all my inquiries. Unfortunately I can’t recall here name sorry, as were all the staff, this place was located just where I needed it to be. My last day I had an early train to catch, so only a short walk to get where I needed quickly. No complaints at all about this place, thank you!

The staff was very helpful and helped get our taxis, which is highly recommended. Rooms were very clean, small but comfortable. The air freshener is very strong, it is sprayed on tge bath mat, so we rolled up the scented side and that solved the issue.

This hotel was great. Really close to all of the major sights like the Collesum, trevi etc. Also a lot of good cafes for breakfast and local dinner spots around the smaller streets! Would stay here again for sure.

We stayed here with another couple on the last leg of our trip. The staff was friendly and hotel lobby, clean and inviting. When we booked, we requested queen beds as we are tall, but ended up with 2 double beds together. So our feet were hanging off the bed. The room was clean but very small and tight. It was difficult to have 2 suitcases open in the room. The room was ok but bathroom was very dated. The bathroom was tight and awkward. We had the toilet blocking most of the entrance to the shower making it difficult getting in and out.

This is an excellent option to be in a very desirable area for tourists in Rome. Great location close to excellent restaurants, bars and cafes. Walk to all of the ancient city attractions. Property has very new rooms and looks just like the pictures. Very helpful staff assisting with taxi and luggage storage and finding popular destinations.

This property is not a 3 star property by any stretch of the imagination. The hotel is in an OK area, although a bit dirty. It is close to the train station, but not walking distance with luggage and in the rain (it was a 10 euro cab ride- so no big deal). Check in was quick and friendly- the staff were very pleasant. Upon entering the tiniest elevator that could barely fit us and our 2 pieces of luggage (carry on size), we arrived in our room which was tiny and crammed. We noticed our toilet wasn't working, so my husband called down to notify the front desk staff. He asked if we could be moved to another room, and they said no. He then asked if they could send someone to fix it, and the front desk sent up a maintenance worker to fix the problem after a short time. He was very pleasant and had it fixed quickly. The bed was hard, and you could hear every noise both outside and in the rooms around you all night. The room stunk of bleach, and although was clean in the main areas, there was hair and dirt in corners and in the bathroom. We called the next morning to ask to extend our check out by 30 minutes- an hour as I had come down with terrible food poisoning the night before. They said no, they don't allow late check out. My husband even offered to pay for this and they still declined. The staff were pleasant but the customer service is not up to par with what you would expect from a 3 star hotel, nor are the facilities.
