Lovely hotel. Comfortable bed and stylish fixtures in room. My only “complaint” is that turning on amy bathroom light illuminated the entire room, which was disruptive at night. Regardless, I would stay here again. Customer service was excellent.

This was my favorite stay while in Italy. The staff were amazing and always helpful. The location is perfect for those who want accessibility to all the spots and the train was easy to find and navigate. Definitely stay here again!

My husband and I travel a lot, and we’re not looking for luxury, but this hotel was very old and not well maintained. The bathroom shower had mold, and the closet also smelled of mold. The staff, however, were very good and polite—especially at the pool bar. Breakfast was very good and clean, and we enjoyed the balcony in our room, which was nice, with cool seating just like by the swimming pool. Still, the bathrooms definitely need updating, and overall the place could use a bit more cleaning. I would also like to mention that the clean towel service was very good, except for one day when housekeeping forgot to close my door after cleaning.I’m not someone who usually likes to write negative reviews, but I felt it was important to share this experience, especially for travelers coming from the United State.

Our stay at the Condotti Boutique Hotel in Rome was an absolute delight. The location could not have been better—tucked away on a quiet, charming street just steps from the Spanish Steps and Via Condotti, it placed us right in the heart of Rome’s historic center. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. They were attentive, warm, and always ready to help, going out of their way to make the experience smooth and enjoyable. The hotel itself is elegant and cozy, with an intimate atmosphere that feels like a home away from home. The rooms, while not the largest, were spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated, offering everything needed for a relaxing stay. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and despite being in such a lively area, the rooms remained quiet and restful. What stood out the most was the level of hospitality. Small details, like the staff’s willingness to quickly resolve any issues or accommodate requests, left a lasting impression. Their genuine care elevated the experience and made the hotel feel special. Breakfast, though simple, was a pleasant start to the day, and being surrounded by excellent cafĂ©s and restaurants made dining effortless.
