The room was decent, but you can't adjust the AC, you have to go to the front desk asking them to set the temp for you. Staffs are not very nice and not being helpful.

The hotel itself is quite tired and in need to attention in a couple of areas, but was great value for money and really well placed just metres from Termini train station and links to airports, bus tours, shops etc. Also walkable to most major sights (about 25mins to Colosseum).

The location was so great having travelled to Roma termini, the short walk with luggage was awesome! And all tourist attractions were walking distance :)

I never got a confirmation of my reservation so I had to make a reservation at another hotel, but it appears I got billed for the stay. Totally unacceptable.

Good value and very convenient location
Very convenient for railway station Termini. The room was unpleasantly hot with no instructions for the air conditioning. I went to reception to ask for instructions and the man on reception said he would turn it on. The room then became comfortable but you still canā€™t adjust it in your room- hence only 4 stars for eco friendly. I would stay again. Overall it was good value for money

A basic hotel with everything you need in a really good location near Termini. It is not the quietest spot however no problem with sleeping and I was out during the day. Friendly staff who acccomodated a late check in
