Clean little place. Nice helpful staff especially Wu San. It is a very small "apartment". The two spaces called bedrooms have a tiny wall between them and a moving door to close the room. Not sound proof between spaces. The washing machine dryer didn't dry and they couldn't fix it so let us use the neighbour appt dryer. All in all recommended for a family with kids. The area lacks decent dining options but has a lot of grocery shops around. All in all recommended

This stay exceeded our expectations by a lot!! We needed somewhere for the night before our flight and one night here was very very affordable. The room was massive, modern, and the AC worked super well. The Chinese restaurant across the street is delicious. We'll definitely stay here next time we fly in/out of Rome.

Nice enough, but not great for disabled
The staff were *wonderful*. The room was nice enough. The sofa bed was a little uncomfortable, but I would sleep on it again. The Internet was free but dropped continually. There is a nice Chinese restaurant down the street But for us this hotel wasn't a good fit. Our assigned room required about 7 stair steps, which could not accommodate a disability scooter. The desk managed to get us reassigned to a new room on the second floor, and there is a lift, so we were able to get to the room. But the lift was small, and because you enter from the side and leave from the back, we weren't able to use it without manually lifting the scooter a bit to get in. Also, it seems the lift might be temperamental, because there's a sign that recommends that you don't use the elevator at night after the front desk closes. I would not recommend this place for those with disability access needs.

Perfectly good place for a last minute booking before an early flight out of Fiumicino. Clean, and very close to the airport. Do NOT try to come in after 11:00pm...there is nobody at the desk late. Also, use the shuttle. It's 20 Euros, and a taxi will charge you 45-50 euros for a 4 minute ride to your terminal.

Nice for airport run
Steven at reception was so personable he upgraded us and the room was just what we needed to get to the airport in the morning. Also the couple restaurant choices steps away was a plus.

Outstanding seafood restaurant row on Tiber River.
Good stay. The receptionist was exceptionally helpful. The location is only a 15 min walk from literally dozens of great seafood restaurants. Best dinner we had in Italy!

Great Stay
Great place near the airport. Only down side is the taxis charge 35€ to get there. There is a shuttle that was only €20 to go back to the airport though. Great service & really nice room. Shower was slippery and there were several loose tiles in the room. Those were the only things wrong.
