We were woken at 4:30 by bins and bottles being collected and dumped . The bar selection and prices certainly need looking at . Such a shame as the hotel is in such a beautiful location

Staff were fantastic. Room wasn’t ready for us arriving (even though we appeared well after check in time) but they sorted this for us right away. The breakfast was amazing and included in the price. The rooms have lots of character. However, and this genuinely is my only negative, the rooms can be very loud. We struggled to sleep 2 out of the 3 nights we were there either due to our neighbours upstairs and creaking floorboards or our neighbours next doors coming back and being able to hear every word. Although the location and breakfast view is unreal, if it is a good night sleep you want, this may not be your hotel (due to no fault of the staff but the physical building).

Rooms are below average. Crowds out front door at Trevi Fountain horrible. Front desk man unfriendly. Breakfast room had fabulous view of the Trevi Fountain but not worth the cost of this hotel.

This hotel is the best place to see the Trevi fountain without the crowds. Our room overlooked the fountain and there’s also a great rooftop bar for drinks and breakfast is served there in the mornings. The view is spectacular and great people watching around the fountain

Beautiful fountain view. Room was oldy worldy which suited the area but, bathroom floods when you empty the bath, no useable power points, no tea/coffee making. Breakfast was superb and the staff were fabulous!

The view from our room was amazing. The staff is excellent, particularly Pier Francesco provided exceptional customer service. They quickly offered to change our room once we got a leak on the ceiling. Breakfast was mediocre and the only great thing about it was the view to the fountain which are only two tables were by the spot with the view, so make sure you come 15 minutes prior they open otherwise those people will stick there taking pictures for 2 hours. Overall, great stay.

Overall the place was nice. Staff was GREAT. Felt secure. Rooftop bar had an amazing view of the trevi fountain. This hotel is literally directly in front of the fountain!!! Super loud garbage pickup every day around 4 to 5AM...Wear earplugs! Also the rooftop bar could use some background music - you could hear a pin drop - a little uncomfortable to have a conversation or even laugh in that place. Our room flooring was wood and after walking around all day I personally found it gross to take off my shoes and walk around barefoot in the hotel room since they do not mop them daily. However, I would definitely stay here again though.
