This property was dirty and in need of repair. Shower stall could only accommodate a very small person. Toilet never flushed completely. The floor in my room was broken in pieces to the point that the wood had popped up and was dislodged. I had to cover it with a bath towel so as not to trip or get shards of wood in my feet. My room overlooked a street lined with dumpsters which were overflowing. I think the restaurants in that area utilized them every night. Then around 5:00 AM the loud trucks would come and empty the half dozen dumpsters. Very noisy neighborhood. Internet went down for several hours on last day there. Could not check my travel info. Was sadly very uncomfortable during my stay there.

reception and staff were very helpful. provided guidance about the area. Mike and esp Andrea went above and beyond to help us to safely get around the area. Andrea even packed up a bag of breakfast for us to take to the airport on the day we left (around 4 AM). Excellent location, walking distance to Vatican city and very close to public transportation to access to other important sites. I recommend this place to anyone.

The hotel is good for the price and walkable distance to Vatican. The staff is very friendly and kind. They are very accommodating prior to checkin and check out they let us put our luggage in their vault. The night we stayed the rooftop bar was closed but luckily we had a balcony and just enjoyed the night with a view with drinks and our music.

The hotel served a very limited breakfast. The room was ok but the shower was very small and awkward to get into and out off. It was on a back street within 10 minutes walk of the Vatican & St Peter’s Basilica but a 25 minute bus ride from the main attractions of Rome. The buses were frequent but very crowded.

It is a 3 star hotel, so do not expect 4 or 5 star facilities. Staff were great and helpful and attentive. Buffet breakfast very basic with limited options, but as I say, it is a 3 star hotel.

The hotel itself was lovely. Clean, big room, good facilities and the breakfast was great. The staff were helpful. It’s a 5 minute walk from the Vatican however everything else in Rome was a bit more out of the way - the buses do run about a 10 minute walk from the property but they were very busy.
