This hotel is just a 20 minute walk from the Vatican, very convenient for that. Outside you have 2 restaurants and a supermarket. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. The bed in the room was too small for the 3 of us. Hair dryer stopped working and was replaced with a newer model. Air conditioning could be controlled once it was granted through the front desk. Overall we had a good visit.

The hotel was close proximity to St Peter's Basilica and good restaurant and cafe. The room was right size and clean. The staff were all very nice and helpful. From check in to check out everyone we met were awesome. Front Desk Max checked us in early, walked us to the next door resto and booked us taxi back to the airport. The other front desk guys were as nice as well. We would definitely stay at Hotel Gravina again and highly recommend them to travelers visiting Rome.

The hotel is great as a base , very limited shopping around the area, two fabulous restaurants next door but transports lets this hotel down , no trams or metro . Bus available but not clear where they are going and how to access them. Overall value for money

It was a lovely hotel and the breakfast buffet was also lovely. The room was clean and tidy and the housekeeping staff were very friendly. The reception staff were very helpful and we took advantage of the shuttle to the airport. The only downside was the fire alarm kept going off when there was no fire and it went off at 6am and woke us up. We were told it had been set off by people knocking the alarm with their bags in which case maybe they should move it to a different position

Great stay. Kind staff. At arrival the room we were given was not clean; however, after complaining we were moved as a courtesy to the suite. The hotel needs remodeling but the service is great. The breakfast is also very good.
