Finest people I think I have ever met. Especially the desk host Aurora. I had had an experience that was extremely trying and I was really feeling dark and dreary and wanted to go back home to the United States. Aurora was just so kind and amazing that she ended up kind of resetting me. She gave me back my trip to Europe. I finished the following 10 days of my trip so much better for having stayed there and been so uplifted by such a wonderful kind host. If people matter to you, I can tell you you matter to these people. Stay at this place. They deserve it and they earn it and you will never regret it. Great breakfast too.

Great Hotel

It’s a great place to stay! The front desk staff are helpful, it’s very walkable to most of Romes amazing sites and it’s very clean. My only issue is the breakfast. It needs to be replenished so everyone has access to a variety of foods. Other than that, it’s a 10/10.

Wonderful!

Wonderful gem of a hotel! Walkable to most of Romes amazing sites! It’s clean and comfortable. The front desk staff are so nice and helpful. Please give the nice gal who works days some help with the breakfast situation. She works so hard manning the front desk and the breakfast area. She can’t keep up with everything. Today, there was barely any food left and she was trying and working so hard. I felt so bad for her. It’s not her fault. Other than this, it’s a wonderful location! We are very happy with our stay!

Good, simple no-frills place to land during a weekend trip. Friendly staff, felt clean and safe. Some good restaurants nearby and about a 15-20 minute walk to each the Colosseum, train station, and Pantheon/Trevi fountain area.

I have stayed in this hotel for 5 nights and it was really pleasant experience. The location is perfect for exploring the city. Both, bus and metro station are super close. The hotel is clean and personnel friendly and helpful. The breakfast was tasty and having coffee machine with beautiful Lavazza coffee every morning was a big plus for me. I will definitely stay here again.

Great Central Hotel

Great and central hotel, just 14 mins walk to Termini station. Also very affordable. Staff were nice, breakfast was good and overall I recommend and will stay here again.
