Excellent Rome boutique small hotel just a few minutes off the main roads coming out of Piazza di Popillo. Great location, quiet neighborhood and excellent restaurants very close by as well as shopping. Easy walk to Spanish steps from this location.

Hotel Locarno is an absolute gem. Steeped in history and maintaining an air of grace and splendour that is rare these days. This is a true grand dame. Impeccable service, impeccable beauty, impeccable cleanliness, impeccable cocktails, an impeccable sleep and an impeccable breakfast. I’ve been aching for service like this again, never change.

Wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. We got into Rome on an early flight, but they had availability of a shower to freshen up before walking around town. We really liked borrowing the bicycles to explore the city. Breakfast was amazing and was served in a delightful open air patio. We will certainly be staying here again next time we are in Rome!

Even before we got to the hotel, they did everything - from helping with dinner reservations to suggesting tours - to make us feel right at home. Absolutely delightful hotel with a team that goes out of their way to make your stay a 10/10. Make sure to get a drink at the bar and have breakfast in the courtyard. We will be coming back for our future Rome visits!
