Super hotel just a 15 minute walk from Ciampino station, lovely hosts and breakfast included. The air conditioning in the room was fantastic during the warm weather,would definitely book again when in the Rome area.

My stay was just an overnight one as I was catching an early morning flight from the nearby airport. The hotel staff booked my taxi for 04.30 and assured me that it would come and it did. I like this hotel, lovely garden!

Family orientated atmosphere ❤

The hotel is family ran.Our room was on the 2nd floor , no elevators which was ok. The beds were comfortable. The room was just that a room lol. Showers are very small. But its everything you need . A place to rest and shower. Our experience was very nice would stay here again. Family was awesome! Its a 10min walk to the train station.

Lovely little place

This hotel was in a perfect location, it was a 15 minute walk to ciampino train station where from there you can get direct to rome for €1.50. I wouldn't recommend getting a taxi from the airport as they wanted to charge €30 just to go 1.1 miles, we got a bus for €1.50 euros that dropped us off just up the road! The hotel itself is a little dated but was really clean & the room had everything we needed but to be honest we didn't spend much time there as we were out exploring! I was slightly disappointed after reading reviews that this was a very welcoming family run hotel with people that spoke good English, that wasn't really the case, we waited for a while in reception before a man arrived who spoke no English & kept talking to me in Italian, it was only from the gestures he was doing I really got what he was saying! Again the hotel is clean & perfectly located so I am not going to give it low scores but just didn't get the friendly feel from It! Also beware....the walls are super thin, we heard next door everytime they went to the toilet &...well you can guess what èlse! :/

Nice hotel near CIA airport

The room was really small, even for European standards. The breakfast was nice and the people running the hotel were very pleasant too. The hotel is about a 20 minute walk to the train station. WiFi is VERY slow.

Hotel was clean but outdated. Room was quite small for three people. The beds were comfortable and the staff was very courteous.

Not worth the price

It's very small and not near many restaurants or points of interest. It is also far enough from CIA airport that a cab ride will close you 20 euro. The owner is very nice and helpful but still not worthwhile.
