A very nice boutique hotel in the heart of Rome, providing easy walking access to all the main sights in Rome, with breakfast and a movie on the rooftop. Highly recommended.

We got in late due to a flight delay. I notified the hotel I would be checking in late. When I got there they sold my room I prepaid for and said it was non-refundable since I booked through Expedia. They offered to send me to their sister property a few blocks away. They helped roll my luggage to the other property in the middle of the night and the wheel broke on my luggage. The lady at the front desk said she would talk to management about complimentary massages due to the issues. We got massages the next day, but were charged for them at checkout. I asked them to look into this charge and they never got back to me.

Lovely hotel in the heart of Rome and near everything. The spa is a welcome plus. The room, 102, was extremely small. Expensive but competitive for the area.

Excellent spa and breakfast. The staff was extremely helpful. The airline lost our luggage and the airline helped track it down and made calls on our behalf. This was especially helpful because the companies were italian (Italian phone numbers, language). They provided great food recommendations and were just overall very helpful. We would stay there again!

I liked the property and the staff very much. The staff were super helpful and the property was clean and stylish though the room size were quite small but it is understandable in central Rome. The breakfast was very good and the room service was good too. Overall I believe the hotel deserves 10 out of 10.
