fairly clean and room was satisfactory - no view. The train station across the street was convenient to drag bags to/from although was cause for a lot of noise. Easy to get to metro and bus system. Breakfast was typical. WATCH OUT FOR PICK POCKETS on the crowded METRO. The pick pockets distract you in many ways and get you before you know it - not part of hotel review, but important info that can't be said enough!

Giorgio was a big help. Breakfast was great. Hotel lobby undergoing construction but not a big deal. Very accommodating as far as keeping our luggage while we went around the city.

This hotel was not as appeared in photos on website. Terrible entrance to building, smd reception. Room was terribly hot. We were told to open our windows. It was very, very noisy. We didn’t sleep most of the night. Again, website and description was completely inaccurate. Very disappointing

There was no air conditioning on during my stay. They stated that the city hasn’t turn it on yet so guests have to stay in the rooms in such condition. I’ve never stayed in an hotel room where it’s hot and there’s nothing anyone can do about it.

Location wise this hotel couldn't be better. Directly across the road from Rome Termini. However... our visit seemed to coincide with what felt like long over due renovations. Carpets being pulled up and laid, lots of dust and the smell of adhesive was over whelming. We seemed to be an inconvenience to the workers every time we came or left our room being told to stop and wait, eyes being rolled etc. The staff werent overly accommodating with feedback which was disappointing. We would not have booked here if we'd known renovations were taking place. Highly recommend paying for the breakfast, staff involved were lovely and the food was great. Our room was standard and had basic facilities. Stained furniture was off putting.

Hotel Maddison was great hotel for location. Stayed 5 nights, breakfast/cafe right next door was amazing. At times hot in the room, AC less than adequate. The entrance to hotel lobby was slightly hidden. Room was fine, shower has the awkward side nozzle instead of lengthways causing water to be sprayed everywhere. Noisy at times when window open. Staff were excellent. Very nice friendly and accommodating. Thank you

El cuarto era exageradamente pequeño ni siquiera para una persona el baño estaba más grande que la recámara El baño tenía un olor insoportable a aguas negras lo reportamos y solo le pusieron desodorante Las toallas de baño tenían manchas amarillas como es posible que las sigan poniendo a otros huéspedes Lo que salva a ese hotel es su ubicación por lo demás muy mal todo no hay relación precio calidad

It’s worth a look inside.
The hotel was conveniently located directly across from the train station and spacious, luxurious, and immaculate inside the rooms. The hallways were a narrow maze with older stained carpet down the center. The front area of the hotel was under construction and it was almost impossible to find the entrance. If a worker hadn’t pointed to it we would never have found the door.
