The men who worked the front desk were courteous and helpful. We were allowed to check in a bit early, which was fantastic after traveling for about 12 hours. They also directed us to some excellent gelato and a good, affordable restaurant. They made us feel very welcome.

Hotel in need of major repairs and upgrades. Very old and worned out looking. Room was spacious but bathroom needed updated and upgraded. No modern facilities. Had to leave room key at front desk ever time I left hotel, very awkward. Location a bit far from major attractions.

Really nice tourist hotel with a terrific staff. Out of the fray of the overly touristed areas but with excellent access to the sights within a 20 minute walk.
