The hotel and staff were absolutely amazing. The property is super clean and pool was clean and nice to be in. They are upgrading and the only thing that bothered me was they started to work around 8am and sometimes I was woken up with loud bangs of a hammer. Also, had a family next door who allowed the kids to run super early up and down the hallway and you heard all the noise.

A good hotel with professional and polite staff who guided travelers well. Good quality of hospitality and a large and spacious room with a balcony facing the pool. The only downside of the May Hotel that made me deduct one star was the hotel's location. It's a bit out of the way. The commute to the city center is long and expensive.

The property itself was clean. It advertises that there's air conditioning, but our room would not go below 78°. I called the front desk twice for assistance, but they blew it off saying it was working fine. Ricky, at the front desk, was very friendly... majority of the rest of the staff was unfriendly and didn't wanna be bothered. I would not recommend staying here.
