This is the second time I have stayed at the Hotel Navona. The staff is most helpful, rooms are very clean, and the breakfast is substantial. The hotel is situated almost in the middle of the significant sites and all are within walking distance. There are numerous restaurants nearby. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Overall, had a good experience. The location was great. The front desk representative was easy to contact and was very kind and professional. The left us water and expresso coffee, and teas. That was very nice and we appreciated that very much. The room was somewhat small and shaped like an attic so where the pullout sofa/bed was placed wasn’t very convenient. My two kids kept bumping their heads in the ceiling. We also had the doorknob to the restroom came off-they never showed up to fixed it as promised. It wasn’t a big deal though. Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend this hotel to others.

The location was fantastic; within walking distance of things like the Pantheon, Piazza Navona (obviously), Trevi Fountain, etc. the staff were also really friendly and helpful! My friend and I enjoyed our stay here.

Location was great at the center of Rome and yet once you close the windows in your room, everything is quiet. AC works absolutely great. The room is nice as I do not appreciate the over decoration in some hotel. We will definitely stay there again when we come to Rome.

This was our second visit to this hotel when traveling through Italy. We love the location as it is so close to everything. The hotel was clean and staff was more than accommodating. Our room was just a landing place after a long day exploring. We would have preferred a place to congregate with our travel friends, but we’d totally stay here again. Room was cozy, clean and comfortable.

The perfect hotel

Location was excellent. You are within walking distance of all of the sites. The customer service was excellent. We reserved the family suite which was amazingly spacious. I would absolutely stay here again.

They did not give me the right room that I booked and paid for. It should be a quadruple room so I am expecting a bigger room good for 4 people but instead just good for 2 1/2 people. My son is 16 and the bed is small, it looks like for a toddler. They said because we were only 3, if I want they will put another bed in the room. I don’t think that is logical. They should just put us in the exact room that I booked and paid for!
