This hotel is good location for a night or two before leaving for a train or flight. Staff was not especially friendly or welcoming. Bathroom was moldy. Our room looked out on an alley where all the trash is put. We were up high, but it was still quite noisy. The area around does have very interesting sights and good restaurants.

This hotel is very conveniently located close to Roma Termini, the train station and the metro. Although it is a little dated it was extremely clean and the breakfast had a pretty good variety of things to choose. The coffee machine did not make good coffee but luckily there are many coffee shops in Rome that do. Their check in time is 4 pm and when I arrived just before 1 pm they unfortunately were unable to get me into a clean room until 3:45 pm. The windows are unable to muffle the outdoor noises and between the thin walls and the air vents you are able to hear all the other guests as well. For the price I paid I would not stay here again.

It was a bit noisy, we could hear the neighbors sneezing. Also, one of the staff members at the front desk was fairly rude. Having said that, the other two staff members at the front desk were nice.

Our Stay In Rome

We had a wonderful one night stay. Very convenient as it was close to Roma Termini which allowed us to walk from the train station to the hotel. They arranged for a a next day pick up to take us to the airport. Hope to visit again soon!

Perfect for my first stay in Rome. Close to the Roma Termini…but still quiet. Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff friendly. I would recommend this hotel to others.

We had a good stay overall. Early arrival and they were able to get us into a room before 11am, much earlier than check in time. The down side was I had reserved two beds and got one. The room was very clean, the one down side was that it was hot- I could not get the room temp to drop without just opening the window. The problem with that is that the windows really kept the noise from outside away. With the window open, it was so loud. We enjoyed the upstairs bar for cocktails and could not have asked for a better location near termini. I would stay again but would be more cautious about making sure I had the room type reserved and would really have an issue if it were summer and the cooling was not working.

This Hotel was a nice surprise! From the minute we entered the doorman was very helpful and carried our bags to our room and gave us some useful tips. The breakfast every morning was amazing with real food! Easy access from the airport! Dont fall for the $55 taxi ride from FCO. Walk down to the bus and for $9 you can get a ride to Termini which is 2 blocks walk to the hotel. The hotel has many good restaurants around the block. Plenty of public transportion option and the hop on hop off tour bus pickup is 2 blocks away. The main bus stop is also 2 blocks away but there is a learning curve for that. Get the 72 hour unlimited rides pass. Walking is also an option if you want to get your steps in. It was about a 20 min walk to Trevi fountain. We will definitely stay here again!

Hotel stay.

Second time I’ve stayed in this hotel (last time 7 years ago) and think it’s had a refurb. From to the room, the dining and cleanliness, this hotel is exquisite. The staff are very polite and professional also. Hotel is an easy 5 minute walk from the termini in a quiet little street.

Information package was incorrect but concierge didn’t let us know. Eg. fitness Centre was on a different floor than stated. Also, sadly, no English tv channels. Otherwise hotel was comfortable and clean.
